Damiano wrote the lyrics for this when he was 16.
It's essentially about the struggle of being an artist. How he felt he was nothing until he found his muse 'Marlena'.
But now she's gone, and without her he feels like he'd dissappear. Without his music he's nothing.
Essentially, the first ballerina is the band who is broken without Marlena in their life. And the 2nd ballerina is Marlena

@@professorandknowitallThere are fan made videos with English subtitle translations for their Italian songs - so if not understanding the song on the first listen is going to bother you, you should check the "itsvaleria" or "Lafabi" channels for these as these are the two best channels I've seen so far for these translations. Some of their Italian songs are quite poetic - including this one - so this might help you understand and appreciate the songs even more. 🙂

Torna a casa, a masterpiece both video and song. I’m Italian so I can understand how amazing are the lirics. Keep doing Italian ballad like Coraline at SanRemo 2022 live with subs. Maybe you’ll cry. I mean, the guy who was feeling a little bit sad with this song.
