Droplet has the advantage of being able to get chained to unchained soul of rage if they immediately use it at resolution of the trap which DRNM can't do
Unfortunately this is incorrect on both fronts. Yubel was (and can be) a shifter deck and most good builds mained shifter pre-BLTR and before throne as well as it hedged your winrate against snake-eyes and voiceless even harder in your favor. Good players ran shifter.
@@Adam0193Official Yubel wasn't a deck before throne and squirmer. Yubel is the exact same as unchained when it comes to being able to play shifter, you can still perform some amount of your combo under it but you lose a lot by playing under it. You just hope the opponent hates it more. The best version of yubel NOW that the deck is actually a real deck from throne and phantom is certainly without shifter
@@ryionizer3622 yeah that I agree with. With the first wave of support when all it had was lotus, favorite, spirit and pain, the deck was probably rogue/teetering on tier 2. That’s when the deck mained shifter because it could, and yubel could be summoned from banished through favorite. Was it optimal? Definitely not. But you could get away with it.
@@Adam0193Official yea being able to get away with playing shifter doesnt make something a shifter deck, same reason unchained wasnt a shifter deck too, cause they could only "get away with it" and most people thought that was good enough, and yubel is even less of a shifter deck then unchained was imo

That is pretty cool!
No Power Filter on that floodgate list unlucky
Haha hmm that's a pretty cool suggestion!
the man don't miss! thanks for this!
Thanks for watching!
I run deck lockdown in my yubel deck. Full combo then slap down lockdown. Its pretty good
Very strong!
Love this, Branded next please?
Haha I did both Branded Despia and Chimera way back, around September of last year
Can't you just Super Poly their entire board and make Yubel - The Loving Defender Forever?
Phantom can't be used as fusion material, but if it gets forced and summons yubel, then it can.
I think a good shifter deck can sneak a top at nawcq.
Haha always!
This is technically a shifter deck, I could also see kashtira stealing a tourney
@@ProfessionalUA-camWatcher no the good yubel deck can't play shifter
Yubel seems like a deck that is completely Skill dependent.
Every deck does😂😂😂
I've been getting smoked by this deck. This video is appreciated! Lol
Haha glad it could help! Me too!
yubel was never a shifter deck, anyone who ever ran shifter in yubel is bad
Gotcha, thanks!

Thanks!
