- On Friday, July 7 at 12:29 p.m. PT, Falcon 9 launched 48 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.
This was the 12th flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched Sentinel-6 Michael Freilich, DART, Transporter-7, Iridium OneWeb, and now eight Starlink missions. - Наука та технологія
Extremely astonishing just how casual this has become…
Was thinking the exact same thing. I still find it mind blowing
That makes three of us.😁😁😁
They be spamming the rockets launch button now
True ❤❤
But it what was they predicted the 80’s would be like… the shuttle was a flawed half-breed from the start.. built the way it was assuming that Army wanted in on it and they didn’t…
Just giving the engineers who designed the magnificent Merlin engine a shout-out for creating an astoundingly reliable engine. Hundreds of launches, and I can't remember the last time any Merlin has failed. Well done!
The craziest thing is, two Merlins have more thrust than an RS-25, all 9 cost only a fraction of what a single SSME costs, and they refly with only minimum refurbishment between flights. It's truly a marvel of modern engineering.
17:19 I'll never get tired of seeing the first stage booster land. It amazes me each and every time like it's the first time ever seeing it.
It's incredible!
Me too.
SOOOOOO cool to see Falcon come out of the clouds and landing perfectly !!!! WOW SPACEX TEAM YOU ROCK !!!!
It's like watching star wars and thinking that's real too.
Always love watching rockets launch
The pinpoint landings are pretty cool, too.
Given the west coast weather, that was some of the Best footage from launch through landing, ever!
As a teen i could never imagine a rocket landing back on the ground would be an everyday thing.
I can confirm that!!! Nowdays no one surprises or gets amazed when a rocket booster land back and get reused so many times! 😮
That is because it is not try doing some research...
@@truthwarstv wth? I didn't understand nothing bro but cool
I agree.
yeah its literally 1930's futurism, but really happening nearly every day its crazy
It's amazing that after all these years, SpaceX is STILL the only one landing and reusing rockets. They've made it so routine that when companies/countries finally land their own rockets, they might get no media attention because the novelty has worn off.
On the contrary, they'll be under immense scrutiny to pull it off as consistently as spacex does. 205 in a row with no failures is a high bar.
Elon love his CGI...
@@truthwarstv ah yes, I am guessing the videos recorded by people watching them land are also CGI?
@@aflyingcowboy31 no point replying to someone who's clearly brain-dead.
SpaceX also doesn't get media attention, at least in a positive sense, as it's not part of the mainstream gang or the establishment. Anything it does is covered minimally and it's a celebration day in the media mostly if something explodes. Many people basically believe these rocket only work because his dad sends billions from an emerald mine.
The first stage landing was very plesant and satisfying to look at.
Every time I see the landing of the first stage I’m just amazed.
Congratulations, SpaceX, and thank-you!
I agree
Your welcome from nasa
@@internalharm Sober up. That's "You're" and "NASA".
@@stageiii1why do you care about grammar so much u narcissistic freak
for what?
Congratulations to the voice over narrator. Your voice was not nasal or grating. You didn't try to speak over the controllers. And you actually sounded like you knew what you were talking about. It's incredible what perceived competency does for customer satisfaction.
I clearly remember how astonishing this was just a few years ago. Still such a beautiful thing. Go SpaceX!
Breathtaking. Never fails to amaze me.
for 100th+ time, that landing never siezes to amaze me!
Congratulations SpaceX on your 45th launch 🚀 and landing for the year 👍👍👍👍. Go SpaceX Falcon 9.
Nice job guys! Keep doing what your doing!
This is the one I missed! Thank you!!! Starlink is a wonderful program. It will help so many people.
SO INSPIRING 👍 Great to see young and older people with the same excitement about this super positive achievement, especially when we are bombarded daily with only negatives. There are so many great positive things that happen everyday. Unfortunately we only hear about the worst things that happen. Awesome job Spacex Team 👏👏👏
Beautiful and amazing!
Never get tired of watching these broadcasts
Congratulations, once again. I think I’ve seen all your launches. I just love them!
I’ve noticed the quality of the images have improved a lot. Thanks for that.
Thanks for sharing. Well done.🚀🚀🚀👍
Love watching these launch and landings, never gets old. Well done @SpaceX team 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
🙋♂️THANKS FOR SHARING THIS BEAUTIFUL EVENT, AND ALL THE 244 PREVIOUS ONES AS WELL 👍😎💚💚💚
Wow, it really had to jog over for that landing! And yet it didn't miss a beat. Awesome engineering!
Awesome Launch SpaceX
Thank you
That is so cool. You guys are the best. Thank you for letting me enjoy your amazing work.
Insane that stage 1 landings are just a regular thing in 2023
Congratulations to SpaceX team for another spectacular launch and landing!!!!!!!
Congratulations!!!🎉
SpaceX continues to impress.
Go falcon, go starship!
HD video coverage on this launch...awesome!
Never gets old!
so beautifully routine! :)
Thank you, SpaceX, for saving the US & the Western world from losing access to space. With Vulcan & Ariane 6 delayed, Antares components destroyed or embargoed, and Soyuz embargoed, all sizable satellites would be grounded. Russia's foreign policy leverage for space access would be immense.
Another delicious launch and recovery! YUM!
Watching these flights is like seeing a new Sunrise. Some days appear to be more spectacular, if that's even possible!
I do enjoy every Spacex launch. Images are so neat. The presenters are very capable and sufficiently loquacious. They stick to their job and aren't pulling all the stops in between. quite the opposite. attentive to every call.
Thank you team SpaceX.
I have watched Every launch right from the first water tower and I intend to watch every launch in the future.
The 2 boosters landing almost simultaniously is incredable technology that I appreciate but watching Statship launch (from the inside) would be the icing on the cake.
Nice work!
Congratulations
Its amazing, nearly every launch of spacex ist successfull, how casual this has become
Amazing, keep up the good work!
45 of this year and totally 244 so amazing flying and landing only Mr genius and his team.
Good landing
always a great thing to watch
Well done on successful launch
Starlink is finally available in Chicago. Time to order.
Congratulations,Spacex, thanks -you 🎉👍😎👍
Thanks!
Очень круто! Впечатляет)
Exceptional engineering!👍
Never gets old thanks for always posting ❤
I don't recall ever seeing the motors gimbal as much as is vissible for a short while after 10:34 It's really interesting and cool to see that. Looks like there is a significant amount of lateral movement with the low pressure on the left of the body causing some vapour condensation.
I'd guess it tries to generate a little bit of lift since you gotta start the gravity turn so early, might as well springboard the low atmosphere!
Thanks for this!
I wonder if it was to do with the late 'max-Q' probably didn't quite get full thrust to start with, causing the late maxQ so needed more gimbal than usual to compensate for it🤔
@@dcf476 maybe they're experimenting things in that flight profile, gathering data. Can't help to think about starship launch...
@@dcf476F9 usually generates a similar amount of angle of attack throughout most of its missions, I suppose it's just part of the rrgular profile
Congrats on successful mission
It,s dirty like an old truck, but it gets the job done. Go SPACE X!!!
Just got the landing legs down in the nick of time. Wow!
Drop 'em, do it, drop 'em, go now... okay.
볼때마다 멋지고 대단!
Love it. Wished the website showed scheduled launch dates/times better.
great launch
If these missions were numbered, I'd imagine putting the streams in a series on the channel would make for a good story. That'll show evidence of the insane growth rate of the company to keep viewers, enthusiasts, and the love of science and exploration excited. I could be wrong, but give a like on this comment if you agree.
Great action !
Awesome sauce!!
when you cant go underwater. just go to space 🔥
Hard to deploy communications satellites underwater.
Harikasınız.
Hayır.
Onunda ötesindesiniz.
Add to my excitement on seeing another successful launch and recovery, my observation that it did indeed rain in southern California!
Woah so cool!!!!
wow, spacex, great moves! keep it up. proud of you
congrats
Bravo, SpaceX!
It’s crazy to watch how fast you can go in space.
no air drag. if you have enough fuel you can accelerate forever. There is a limit though it's lightspeed.

Just WOW ❤️
Sizi seviyorum.
Bir gün canlı bir şekilde sizlerle bu ve Mars uçuşlarını izleme dileğiyle. 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍👏👏👏👏👏🚀
I dream of an other World... Thank you to help me dream ! 💫
"Comme à la parade", as we say. 👍
Max Q in audio and the HUD were quite a bit off, was it a desync, or is Max-Q determined differently by mission control than the telemetry which could be partially simulated?
👏👏👏 Should be called Space E Z
And they keep bashing him with Twitter and never mention this in the media.
nice
For a long time "it's rocket science" meant that something was hard to do, and quite risky as well.
But with SpaceX, now it means "piece of cake"..
Engineering marvel, congratulations SpaceX
Vandenberg. Nice and local.
thats crazyyyyyyyyyyyyy
I love the name of the drone ship, I wonder what is the story behind "still I love you"
They're names of ships in Iain M. Banks Culture series of sci-fi books.
@@nickmoore385 thank you
Elon gets the names for things from sci-fi books and movies.
Actual name is “ Of course I still love you”.
@@kevinkaaz7720 The others are named similarly silly: One is called "Just read the instructions", the other "A shortfall of gravitas".
They are named after spaceships in the "Culture" series, where the spaceships are equipped with highly advanced artificial intelligences that develop self awareness!
How many miles round trip does the first stage go?
First stage reached 133, highest apogee I've noticed.
You read the telemetry data, too?
I thought maybe I was the only one.
It's easy to think that all Starlink missions are the same, and that such a mature rocket as Falcon doesn't change anymore, but SpaceX hasn't stopped trying. They aren't doing major re-engineering, but you can notice they've been optimizing things every mission, and taking slightly larger risks and cutting safety margins as they feel more confident.
And THAT kids, is why we suffer through math.
only showed up in my recommended 3 seconds after it ended ;-;
Mine too
Go Falcon, Go Starlink
❤ Go on ? ❤
Love the hot mic moments from the cafeteria floor on this one
9:16
13:17
15:28
Wow wow wow
We call that marine layer "June Gloom"
Great
Yay I miss the launch again ._.
It seemed to me, or did the first stage land very quickly after opening the landing legs? But it still looks cool
This was accomplished ON THE MOON WITH HUMANS AS PAYLOAD 🎉 With far less technology then you have in your cell phones today 🤯 That's badazz
And to think they still have to launch a lot more.
