This one was very, very difficult to translate, but trying to preserve the meaning I came up with the following. I am not sure it makes justice to the piece, but it should convey the overall theme good enough. (A particular challenge is the gender-based adressing of the English language as "he/she", where it's gender neutral in Turkish as a single word: "o". You could replace all the "you"s in the below translation with "he/she".
Whoever would desire to
become a wise person, let me tell you what you need to do…
You should give up on
the sweet ones and drink bitter beverages as well.
You should have a judgment
tempered with patience, and endure to hardships.
You should give up on
your appearance, and forget what you know.
You should retreat your heart
from the worldly things, and sow the dough with your own hands
You should add some ash
to your flour, and then leave it to dry in the sun.
Let me tell you how you
should do it as well,
In this path you should keep
fasting with your desires, which you should break once every three days at most
This is how amity of wisdom
is achieved, easier to say then to do it.
Since you are going to
find power from it, you should swallow lots of sorrow as well.
Don’t get tempted by the
love for the worldly, and don’t be swayed by the public opinion,
You should know who to
turn your face towards, which should be that beloved Hakk (Allah)
Who do you think Yunus
is now, and whose register you should consume,
While thousands may
speak these words, what matter is to be strong enough to do what they say.
You can use "they" in English, you can use it for gender neutral single third person, people are doing that for a long time.

Amran Ibrahim Rashidi yes, this poem is belong to a famous dervish who is called Yunus Emre. He is one of the best poet-Ozan in Turkish tasavvuf poetry. In this poem he is trying tell how to be a dervish. It is quite difficult to translate into another language because it is written with a pure Turkish language and also it is quite difficult to understand the real meaning because some sentences can have multi meanings.
