    i am sleeping 2 hours 30 min and taking 30 min meditation since 1 year and my exprience with polyphasic sleep is good ,i was able to get more time, i was able to convert my whole year into 2 years because i did it with consistency now i am a kvpy scholar, i did this to get more time because some students start their prep for jee in 7th or 8th ;so i am doing this

    Oh wow.. that means it's normal. I sleep 3.5 hr at night. 3 naps of 30-40 mins anytime over the day. I was confused about my sleep pattern.

      He is confusing u now. He said if u can make sure to achieve such sleep pattern. So my friend,u are not a computer which can be shutdown or reboot every 3hours to achieve max. Performance. You are human. Sleep pattern is not in your control. Sleep depend on many factors surrounding noise level,body tiredness,food consumed,mind state like anxiousness or calm. Sleep is very necessary otherwise blood pressure may uncontrolled and kidney failure,heart attack or brain stroke can also achieved in life with high performance.

      This bad habit of 3-3.5 hrs sleep can create problems to ur brain too.. (I have experienced this)

    Monophasic -1st, Biphasic - 2nd, Everyman - 3rd are all 4hrs and above. Dymaxion - 4th and Uberman - 5th are for 2 hours. At 5:50 you mentioned that people may die less than 4 hours and you mentioned about that the great people are in 4th & 5th category. After watching, I slept for 5 hours, thinking that at least I will find some logic in my dream...LOL.

      For long term you will lose your memory because your hippocampus will discharge liquid from brain and your neuron will be destroyed in 6 to 9 months. So take longer sleep.... It will result in memory loss

    The great scientist Albert Einstein used to sleep for atleast 10 hours a day and still no person can able to match his level..Moral of the story is take proper rest and utilize the remaining time to its best.Moreover it is a fact that human mind cannot concentrate more then 1 hour so it is of no use to be awake all day.

      I don't think so. Problems like Anxiety and fears depends on the way you think and accept the situation. I do 2 hours Yoga practice (daily no Sunday off) in the morning then 50 minutes running (evening) and i sleep 5 hours or less but not more, with this routin my patience level is also growing. Thank you

    You cannot define 4-5 hours of Sleep for every individual. Sleep depends not on hours but on how much rest your body need. If you sleep well you are in a situation to focus more but if you sleep less it's difficult to touch and will be a stressful day.

    Bhai mey har wakt 7hr sleep ka planning krta hun and accordingly alaram lagata hun but my biggest problem is ki mey soney jab jata hun toh pehele k approx 60min- 90min mujhe nind hi nhi atta,,edhar udhar ka baat yaad atta reheta hai,mey kitna koshish kr chuka hun fir v wose k wose hi hai,ur jiskey liye mey apna alarm k anusar nhi uth pata hun ur 8-9hr ka sleep so leta hun,,toh ky karu mey 🤔🤔mey neet2020 ka aspirant v hun ur syllabus and revision v krna hota hai toh time mujhe insufficient lagta hai ur sara din alas mey niklta hai generally.

    You should don't know Security guards are sleep maximum 5 hour....! 12 Hour duty plus transportation hour, eating time, cloth wash time, bath, home phone calls....Damn no time for security !!
