i am sleeping 2 hours 30 min and taking 30 min meditation since 1 year and my exprience with polyphasic sleep is good ,i was able to get more time, i was able to convert my whole year into 2 years because i did it with consistency now i am a kvpy scholar, i did this to get more time because some students start their prep for jee in 7th or 8th ;so i am doing this

I don't think so. Problems like Anxiety and fears depends on the way you think and accept the situation. I do 2 hours Yoga practice (daily no Sunday off) in the morning then 50 minutes running (evening) and i sleep 5 hours or less but not more, with this routin my patience level is also growing. You cannot define 4-5 hours of Sleep for every individual. Sleep depends not on hours but on how much rest your body need. If you sleep well you are in a situation to focus more but if you sleep less it's difficult to touch and will be a stressful day.

I sleeps for 6.40 hrs usually and i don't get any anxiety or anything because i do meditation daily

I don't think so. Problems like Anxiety and fears depends on the way you think and accept the situation. I do 2 hours Yoga practice (daily no Sunday off) in the morning then 50 minutes running (evening) and i sleep 5 hours or less but not more, with this routin my patience level is also growing.
