I love the fact that jeffree has actual people assembling his palettes instead of machines. Not only is he creating jobs, it totally gives his products a personal, tlc touch.
I love that they are all made and assembled in the USA! It gives me peace of mind knowing that all products are made to American standards under the FDA, FD&C Act (Food, Drug & Cosmetics Act) and the FPLA (Fair Packaging & Labeling Act).
I also love that it provides jobs to Americans who are looking for work and does not support paying wages so low overseas that the wages are unlivable and doesn’t support child labor practices that are common in some countries overseas.
I would rather pay a little bit more for a product made and assembled in the USA than I would to save a few dollars by purchasing a product made overseas with poor labor practices and wages. Just my opinion!
