      These puffs stay fresh for 10 to 12 days. If making for Christmas then make on 19th

    What is the shelf life for these nevris?

      These nevris stay fresh for 10 to 12 days. You must fry them crisp and store in an airtight container when completely cool. Do try them out and let me know how you liked them.

      @FaTima-gp8ex ... 70 puffs with 1 kg flour. 500 gm - around 34-35, again depends on the sizes you make
