You won't regret it. I had the exact same problem with my pug Pete. Until..... I watched Pablo in his first Julius k-9 I went straight on Amazon and purchased him one. I love it. He has never slipped out of his harness again which is very important to me because Pete is a runner. And he has never met a stranger, so he will go to anybody that offers loves. Hands down best harness over ever tried.
We always struggled with Pablo slipping out of harnesses, even our latest one we've bought Winston he's managed to get out of it already. I've never even had a worry with the Julius harness.
Went to Julius k-9.co.uk today to order the IDC Longwalk Harness for our little pug and got a lovely surprise when I saw Pablo wearing it on their site. Niceeee!!

Pablo is insanely well behaved!!! It amazes me, absolutely astounding! I nearly lose my hands putting my pug's collar/jacket on! It's all in fun but sometimes not so funny! I need to send my baby to you Karl for some pug boot camp!!! (Not really, I'd miss him too much!!) He's 10, 11 on March 13! Would love that harness but not in USA yet😤
Great vid but, i noticed you had a bit of background noice in some of the voice over bits and maybe a bit of echoing at around 3:55 ? Very inflrmative and thurough tho, will definently be getting one for muffins 1st birthday and probably also be using your code! Have a great day!

The trick I did for this video was film it after he'd already been on a walk so he was tired and less excitable, I tried filming before and lets just he did not sit so nicely! 😂😂

Elastication is a word...you made it up today! :) I like the Puppia harnesses. That's what our boy wears. He's bit of a puller too, so I wonder how long this kind of harness would last with Chief. I think he'd pull that elastic loose over time.
I can’t wait to get one of these for pablo. At the moment I still use puppia and the idc julius k9 I like to swap it up a bit. But I will 100% be getting one of these I can’t wait 😁
I hope that when Pablo and Winston become best friends, you should try and separate them temporarily just to see if Pablo misses his company. Maybe a demonstration of if “absence makes the heart grow fonder” works for Pablo.
Good idea, get the dog harness first, then get a dog that fits the harness. Simple. That's how Prince Charming got Cinderella. And they leaved happily ever after, or at least until the second movie came out 50 years later.
Interesting! I have two pugs myself and have tried nearly every well known harness on the market. We now use the Ruffwear Front Range harness and it seems to look & work very simlarly. Could you do a seperate review on the Ruffwear harness and then compare the two? I'm dying to know if one is better for the joints than the other.
Hopefully in the future we'll be trying to get our hands on multiple harnesses and comparing them all against each other to find the ultimate best harness :)
I don't know if you have any input on the final product but if you do it would be great if that harness had a D ring on the chest plate to help dogs with pulling, if it had that feature I would be the first one in the shop to buy it :)
I don't think they will come with D rings unfortunately as the harness is designed for the lead to pull from met back for it to work! We haven't got the best set-up for these static types of videos, we're normally on the move, don't have any acoustic panelling so is a bit echo'y :)

Thats a concern we have with it, but only time will tell, Pablo is a puller so we'll put it to the test!
