All this has made me realize I really need to update my character builds because omg yours hit hard! It's very annoying balancing speed with crit and attack stats. Thank you for this! It makes me feel valid for planning to give her 2pc speed set. Now I just gotta see about speed tech with her E2 in mind. Thank you for always mentioning the eidolons; I feel like many just don't and it's always appreciated!
Like how I do my showcases, I'll go in-depth with the speed tuning so watch out for those if you really wanna learn more about Fast Robin. Just waiting for her to go out in the official server so I could use my relics.
I'm really glad you cover useful techs for low spender 0 cyclers since so few CC's even acknowledge we exist in their assessments. I'm looking forward to your various techs in the advanced speed tune guide for Robin you hinted at. I myself am not very geared for a follow up teams, but I see so much value in the 100% advance that she seems too good not to get and I love her as a character as well. The teams I wish to potentially utilize with her are Acheron, DoT, DoTeron, QQ, Clara, Jing Yuan, Jing Yuan, Xueyi, Herta + Himeko. I do have Dr. Ratio built, but I do not have his signature as I cared far more about investing in Swan to boost my DoT team which I do not regret, as I was able to get her to E1S1 which greatly boosted her value.
As for Robin, I'm interested in both 3 turn and 4 turn rotations with her in which I can get 2 ults on her within a 0 cycle 2 wav rotational format, even outside of using a FUA team, so any techs oriented around that would help advance my rotational tuning to be more proficient. I also have the S5 BP Harmony LC as an option too, as while it wasn't mentioned, I do like how it can buff the whole team even while Robin is in Concerto mode, including the useful team wide energy regen which I've taken advantage of in many 0 cycles in the past to make up for not having Ruan Mei's S1. Looking forward to it, Lisara. ♥

Thank you for the informative guide as always! Another factor to how safe and easy Musketeer build is that we get a lot of these relics through playing lol. 4-piece set is nice as it both gives the 12% Atk and the same speed boost as 2-piece Messenger, in which case it will come down to substats.

Saying that with no context would be why nobody would believe you. There is plenty of wannabe ccs who just stack speed with no purpose. Dreamy stated threshold is 180 because of her passive, which is effectively 200 speed. If you can’t reach that, then the build is literally trash, you’ve sacrificed attack buff for nothing with zero purpose.

I did recently see another called Lily. That's two out of how many? I already know what's required as it's been my plan since robin v1 in beta.

So for hyper carry set ups you now go either Bronya + Sparkle or Ruan Mei + Robin or shuffle them around, 4th slot goes to either Ting Yun or Pela and just slap in a DPS.
Yup, that's actually a good allocation of supports. One is Hypercarry while one is Duo carry with Robin being the 2nd carry.

Yes! I was hoping that someone would talk about running her fast/ in a speed build. I was doing calculations and was wondering if it possible to have her cut in between and possibly reset her down time for a repeated cycle 0. (first cycle) thank you for clearing that up with your showcase.

OK HI QUESTION so the 180spd robin is tuned to basic into ult right at the halfway point (75av) of the intial cycle right? So it's essentially like a 'pause' in the cycle because everyone's av is set to 0. And then after your team goes, the cycle 'unpauses' and continues as normal, which allows for 3 turns by the team. So that means anyone 134 OR FASTER will be able to utilize this setup perfectly, right? Pls tell me this is correct cuz I don't wanna go back to the relic mines more than I have to ._.

Really liking the advanced speedtune setup. Would you be able to clarify if the speed requirements you mention there already take into account her trace+vonwacq?
The samples I gave there is with her trace and Vonwacq only.
I do wonder what her synergy would be like with Himeko Herta on PF, especially since extra damage on hit would probably work wonders when combined with Herta's Followup
I currently don't have any of the top tier harmony limiteds just Tingyun and Bronya. Was planning on skipping Robin still for characters in 2.3 but I look forward to seeing your more in depth video about speed tuning. I like that in theory you can make up for energy issues through different ways aside from just lathering her with FUA units. But I am a bit unsure about relying on speed tuning just because relic rng is what it is.
None the less though I will keep an open mind and watch your next video, thank you.

Is that robin/ting "combo" a different way to play hypercarry teams? You can always play it or it's only specific in certain situations? Are the requirements to play it too high for average players?
With the comfy Robin playstyle, Tingyun helps a lot because it takes too long for Robin to get her ultimate up and running. it is not really complex, simply keep using Tingyun's ultimate on Robin. The DMG% increase coming from Tingyun's ULT isn't really wasted because Robin herself can deal good damage.

The ever strengthening follow-up roster lacks a sufficient number of matchups whose weaknesses perfectly overlap with their elements (but my God, what a terrible day to be enemy Bronya). To combat this, each of the additions to the ever strengthening follow-up roster bring an obscene damage ceiling on their own. Personally, I'll take that trade.
I skipped out on Aventurine so I can lose my 50/50 on Jingliu's banner to Gepard, so March is probably my go-to sustain for my FuA team... I might use up Clara and see how well she performs but I think Ratio + Topaz + Robin + March will be my FuA team until we get a new Abundance or Preservation FuA character.
Tbh the only reason I have for grabbing Robin is because I want to free up Ruan Mei from my DoT team so she can be paired up with Kamen Sam/Firefly together with Harmony MC; sure my DoT team might end up dropping a bit in performance by switching out Ruan Mei but it shouldn't be a big drop with all the things that Robin can provide.

Wonderful and in-depth guide as always, Lis. I currently have a Vonwacq ATK Sphere and ER robe, and most likely will be running comfy without Tingyun. Would you still recommend I get a Fleet set or is what I have fine?
The Vonwacq won't help a slow build so you're missing out 8% ATK on her and for the team.

I've been asking in multiple other channels comments if they could try robin and ruan mei together as im getting both e1 s1 (already have ruan mei e1s1). Of course Lisara comes through in the first video. This is actually my most hyped character to see you try out. The new strats you come up with are sure to be awesome. If you get the chance can you please try ruan mei and robin together with kafka and swan as i've seen no one even hint at trying it. Much love to you!!!!
Robin RM Kafka Swan can definitely work. I'll introduce different ways to play Robin with other supports and carries.
Thank you for clarifying that she has her own value and is worth pulling (and is not just better/worse RM like everyone wants to insist). People have been so weird about her.
(RM simps must be real fragile if they're scared of her getting powercrept by another character, anyway)
As much as I love Ruan Mei, I think people overblew her value simply due to her being the very first limited Harmony character. with Sparkle and Robin, it's now pretty clear they're all universally good, and each of them simply has one niche they particularly excel at
(Ruan Mei for break comps, Sparkle for Skill point greedy hypercarry comps, and Robin for FuA comps)
I never got the RM comparison either, now we can have another busted supp for the other side
the only i get comparision from ruan mei is the Dmg bonus ampified. the rest is their spesific or specilize more to say. tho, i really afraid Robin might be killed fast when you cant kill enemies quick enough. because all those atk mainstat she want. the good side? she is another dumpster relic that went wrong so bad, she will happy to use it. and that a Plus for me.

no bc this is the best quide ive seen in my 1 whole year of playing hsr.. thank you so SO much!!! but which one do you think is better? comfy build or advanced? im thinking of going with advanced cuz i dont think ill play her with tingyun all the time (or with follow up attackers cuz all ive got is an unbuilt ratio and an unbuilt clara)
Advanced is better but harder to build.

When you mention the utilization of the advance forward from her kit and the planar set you provide a pseudo speed. How are you able to know the equivalent speed values of advance forward? Like for example, a 20% advance forward is it also a +20 in speed or do you use a math formula to calculate the pseudo speed of a character?
Easiest way is to get the AV, reduce the AV based on the advance forward then do 10,000 divided by the reduced AV.
Hi Lisara, really love your guide videos. I'm concern that Can Robin using Dance Dance Dance lightcone for replacement ?
No, Dance3x doesn't work for Robin because she already advances everyone by 100%. You cannot advance a unit beyond 100% unless they actually got action delayed.
Thanks Lisara. I've been sort of on the fence if I was going to pull for Robin or not given that I have every Harmony character in the game to date. But at the end of the day, she enables some new team comps that look fun. I'm interested to see her on a Himeko + Herta team. I wonder if that could move such a team from not just excellent in PF but make it more suitable for MoC.
Similar to other Harmonies, it always depends who is the best per situation.
I read some things about a possible future. I am now very interested to see how Robin + Dr. Ratio + Jade might work. Long story short, the more I think about the possible team comps for Robin, the more convinced I am that I will pull for her. I'm way off in left field now, but thanks for getting my mind working on this character.

No, my build would be using the one I explained in the advanced Robin playstyle. Slow Robin can just settle for 120 speed.

For the hyperspeed set up (180 Spd variation), only 134 Spd for DPS or all team members ? Generally my supports are all 160+, thinking can it work with that speed or should I lower their speed to 134 thanks heaps
Yup, minimum 134 speed so that might as well be the damage dealer.
Now I know how to build Robin! Tysm for the guide! The team I really want to see is a Bronya, Sparkle and Robin team. I am really curios how many actions out of your dps could you squeeze out with so many advances.
Robin is limited to creating pseudo 200 speed team so its still the same 6 actions for the carry if Sparkle and Bronya is in the team.
You touched on it a bit with Kafka, but what are your impressions on robin replacing ruan mei on a DOT team? I've heard people argue that she is almost as good or even on par with rm, but what are your thoughts?
There's just too many factors to consider but personally, I think Ruan Mei is still noticeably better for DoT teams. We will see though, I really need Robin to be in the official server because that is where my relics are available.

Hi Dreamy, thank you for the video. In the full review, could you please make a direct comparison between Robin and Ruan Mei? I would specifically like to know whether Robin is better for scaling with Attack whereas Ruan Mei scales with Break Effect and the implications on their personal damage. They seem to both fill similar team-wide bonuses, so it would be nice to know if Robin is just power creep or a sidegrade.
There's simply way too many factors to even make a fair comparison. I'd say both are very strong and doesn't have a significant power gap but Ruan Mei should still be noticeably better for DoT teams.

Because SSS doesn't give whoever the core carry much better ATK boost.
Can I ask whether it will be better going for Robin's LC or RM's LC? (I think I can only secure one). I'm leaning towards RM's LC because of the +10 energy per wave plus my only other lc for her now is an S1 Memories of the Past while for Robin, aside from the event lc, I also have an S2 Bronya LC that I can give her. Great video too, I like that the showcase wasn't another IPC team showcase.
You can save for RM LC and just use the event LC for Robin.
How much speed would you recommend for a Jingliu and Robin (preferably with Luocha with QuidProqQuo, 160 spd Bronya)? I can also do a 134 SPD Bronya
You can settle for the comfy build if you really can't meet the speed requirements of the advanced playstyle. If you think you can, I suggest following the 134 SPD team setup with Robin being at 180 SPD.

@@LisaraScarlet I followed robins beta from v 1 up till v4 when her E1 was absolutely busted before it was changed.. It was then I decided that I wanted her to have her SPD buff. Thus, I'm going for e2s1. My plan was always to run fast robin hypercarry team so I will be using S5 DDD. To my understanding, 16% SPD buff and DDD lowers the SPD requirement. So that's the reason for my question. I was planning to run a pseudo SPD of 180 before watching your awesome guide. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Do you think Battle Isn't Over is better than the event LC on her? I can do follow-up team with Ratio+Topaz but no Aventurine (if potential team set-ups are relevant for this).

You need 150 AV to act 3 times at 200 speed but Concerto State only lasts for 112 AV. You need to be much much faster to be able to act 3 times within 1 Concerto State. It really is not worth it.

No it doesn't count as break dmg nothing is getting broken here

I really enjoyed this video! Thank you so much for making this, I’m especially appreciative of the comfy Robin section. I had Robin be my first limited pull because I really like her theme. I have a question if that’s okay. I’m a beginner and finishing up Xianzhou, I run Dr. Ratio + Gui + Natasha + Gepard. 2 sustains keeps me nice and comfy during the campaign and tough bosses. Do you think I should replace one of the sustain characters with Robin? It’ll be easier when I have a limited sustain but for now I have Natasha, March 7th, and Gepard. March 7th has my favorite kit but I don’t know if she’s strong enough to solo sustain during the campaign.
She should definitely replace one of your sustains. If clearing becomes difficult because the team is dying, your sustain would need some investment.

@@mrconflux March can definitely solo-sustain. The problem however is that the team would slowly die. Just use Natasha for now, get her some good speed and an energy rope by crafting. That will allow her to heal up the team consistently.

Ayy this video guide is amazing! Follow up question, if my topaz/ratio spd are at 142/141 then would advanced robin still want 180 speed or would it need to be even higher? ik this spd isnt optimal for them, but atm its what im working with 😭

You can but if Robin isn't exactly meeting 180 SPD in that team, just settle for a slow build so you can get more ATK out of her. If you don't like how tricky it is to use Robin, you can just wait for Ruan Mei's rerun.

I know you mentioned a few alternatives for SLC, but I'm curious, in your opinion how big is the gap between it and the alternatives.
Second question. Between her E1 and her SLC, which one is yielding better results? If possible which one should take priority?
Signature LC is most likely better by 20% more or less than the Event LC. SLC fully enables Robin's damage dealing capabilities which is mostly what you get from E0S1 while E1S0 is leaning more towards enabling the core carry. Of course, Robin herself still benefits from E1 but E0 will still push her damage back.

I pre-farmed for robin, i have around 168 SPD with 4pc musk (body ATK, SPD boots) and 2pc penacony (ATK% orb, ERR% rope) for the 5% ERR (it has a good atk% substats on it).
I have a hard time knowing if with 168 SPD the 20% AV of her A2 is gonna be a pseudo 180 SPD or not. What do you think ? ^^ (Maybe going for vonwacq is gonna be even easier to reach pseudo 180 spd)
Also, i was planning to go E2S1 robin, do we know if her E2 is good or too specific?

The fast Robin in this showcase had 3.9k ATK with her signature LC. I recommend aiming at least 3500 ATK or higher.
Remember that SPD boots can have ATK% substats so if you're lucky, you can get a SPD boots with 18% ATK or even higher.
When I mentioned the 134 SPD team needing a 180 SPD Robin, that already takes into accounts her trace and Vonwacq.
E2 Robin is mostly for the energy regen because the SPD boost won't allow you to get a 3rd team rotation within Concerto state. That SPD boost is mostly useless.

Would stacking Robin's E1 and Ruan Mei's ult good to use in a party? Or will it have diminishing returns
Stacking anything that is additive to each other would always result to diminishing returns (except for DEF shred). It is more about how much have you stacked already. Considering how rare RES PEN is, you don't need to worry about diminishing returns. In short, stacking them would be very good and you'll get amazing results.
I've been thinking to do a DoT comp with robin and asta as the supports (my Asta, Sampo and Kafka have 158/141/131 SPD respectively)
And I'm wondering if both sampo and kafka can perform 2 (or even 3) actions within robin's concerto state thanks to Asta's buff.
My asta's ultimate talent is at lvl 10 (+50 SPD)
You don't need Asta in that team so as long as you meet the 120/134 SPD for the team and 162/180 SPD for Robin, you'll have an optimized setup. it is impossible to get 3 rotations within Concerto state considering you only have 112 AV to do that.
So would Clara be a good teammate for her? Or is the RNG in her having to be hit lowers the synergy?
The synergy is definitely there, just that you can't expect a big boost to Clara's performance because her base performance is already low by itself.

As long as it has good amount of ATK% substats, sure.

That really depends on what build you are going for Robin. If you are going for the comfy build, no need for SPD boots on Ratio.
The BP Harmony LC is not a good option as well? Since Robin can stay put on the Cencerto stage for long streak of turns, seems like a good way to prolong a specific good buff rolled from that LC. It is still random but all 3 effects are good overall.
In the case you don't need the energy regen or you triggered the CDMG effect, this really kills Robin's own damage output. You need to be lucky with the ATK boost to make it worth.
abt her retroactive atk buff from ultimate, can she increase her buff if she take atk buff like from Huohuo when she is in ultimate?
If I’m not mistaken she can get atk buff before ult, while concerto is already “ON” she won’t get benefit

Probably not. Robin is hard to justify with DHIL.

@@yamaNGap The thing is, almost any team setup could work with Robin so even if that's E6 DHIL, it should be fine. Of course, that is considering you are trying to make it work such as solving DHIL's SP issues with Sparkle, etc.
Is she viable for Acheron?
I'm currently running Bronya + Sparkle + Pela for Acheron's team
wondering if she can replace Bronya and if the damage is higher than using Bronya
Bronya most likely still better if you're just focusing on Acheron's damage. Using Robin is already like using a duo carry setup with Robin being the 2nd carry.
