One of the really interesting aspects of the Marvel Universe during its first 30 years was the rarity of "events" that encompassed vast swaths of characters. Although it was a shared universe, it was vast, and even marquee characters like the FF encountered other characters from different titles rarely. And mysteries remained. Those cameos by others were special back in the day. Odin? Lilandra? The Imperial Guard? Cool!
Thanks so much! That's Ben Livingston - great actor who's done a lot of small parts on TV and plenty of stage work. I asked him to not imitate John, but capture his flavor. I was thrilled with what he did.
WOWOWOWOWOW!!! This adaptation of my favorite non-Lee/Kirby FF stories--the Negative Zone series and what is known in TPB as "The Trial of Galactus"--is so well-done here!!! I will bookmark this for repeat viewings!!!! THANKS!!!!
Dude you’re a legend 😎 To painstakingly animate & voice this issue, with cool music & effects is nothing short of spectacular. You’ve given all us John Byrne fans the greatest gift .
I loved John Byrne's Fantastic work on the series, and this was, in my opinion, the best story of his incredible run.. You all did an amazing job of bringing it to life! Thanking you as a fan!
When John Byrne presented that image of Galactus in Fantastic Four #262, it seemed you echoed how G. K. Chesterton summed up the import of Wilhelm Schmidt’s ground-breaking studies: Primitive theologies of the one God always seemed to include some explanation of why He is no longer present. His departure is routinely regarded as a cosmic disastrous rupture in the natural fabric of things brought on by some fault or failure on the part of human beings.
Just watched this again on my way back from an interstate work trip
Absolutely Fantastic

Funny suggestion
You should do an eyecatch and use your comic commercials dubs as commercial breaks to make it look even more like an old tv series
Not a bad idea!!
Wow 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
Thank you!
18:36 Man wasn't willing to die for the CHANCE to avenge his species.
Harry Bauer Could you narrate the Marvel Knights comic Fantastic Four volume 1 #21? please
I'll put it on the list of considerations. 😁
