I don't think I would ever want to brush my teeth in the shower, but I do shave (mostly) in the shower. I have a razor and goatee, so my cheeks and next need cleaning up, but I just do it every other day for the most part. I do have to clean it up a bit once I get out & to a mirror, but that goes pretty quickly. I am to the age where I have to use my trimmer for ear hair, so that's fun... For the soap side, I do have shampoo, but for the rest I use body wash & one of those fluffy sponge thingies so you don't have to lather it or anything. Just rinse & maybe remember to change it out at some point..
I've been brushing my teeth in the shower for decades. It's more efficient when enjoying my 20 minute showers.
