Fix Windows 11 Ethernet Cable Connected But No Internet Access Issue

Hey so after hours of me pulling my hair out. If you want a quick fix(if its your ethernet drivers not installed or saying its having driver issues) you are literally just going to have to get a usb wifi adapter connect from there let it update the drivers then retry. I was luckily enough to have on nearby to test it out but so far this has been the only fix once none of these work

3.network adapater uninstall and restart
4.network reset and restart

Long Restart Time
Long Shutdown Time
Connected to perfectly working ethernet cable, yet there is no connection, only Wi-Fi works.
Random Blue Screens on shut down and restart: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE error on perfectly working SSD and M2.

Leave it the windows on the last update the blunder it. Sorry windows 11 is a dud stay away 4 computers here one with Windows 11And of course the window 11 one is the one that gives me the most grief all the time
