Dude thank you so much ! I spent hours going through videos and I finally fixed the “Ethernet Doesn’t Have a Valid IP Configuration” issue. I just went down the list installing drivers and the one from Microsoft worked.

Yo bro ive never faced any issues like this before a few days ago i reset my router and then plugged in my ethernet cable suddenly i cant get 5g with my Ethernet no more ipv6 says no internet access or no network access ive done everything is this a windows issue or my router will i need to change my router ?
Change the cable ports to vice versa. Also try different device whether it's working or not with internet

Try Repairing Windows
Search cmd then run as admin and execute the following 3 commands one by one-
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Restart.
Once Done Trying Running System File Checker SFC Scan
sfc /scannow
Restart.
Windows Updates-
Install all the latest Updates and then Restart the PC.
@@EasyTechGeek When im doing the DISM, it says "Error: 4448 The WOF driver encounter a corruption in the compressed file's Resource Table."
and then after that i restart and start sfc, then it says "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation."
