Dude - you need to try and sit farther away from the steering wheel if that airbag goes off in a crash you are going to get hurt. Plus it will give you more room for your arms to work the steering wheel when having some fun.
I honestly think you should give your legs a little bit more room because if you ever get in a crash your knees are going to get crushed also if you’re in the passenger seat never put your feet on the dash because the airbag will destroy your legs 🤷🏻♂️
I just picked up my 2023 2SS 1LE a week ago. I've got very good credit, I had 7 grand in equity on my trade (also a Mustang GT), and I threw a few grand of cash into the pot for good measure. Long story short, I'm financing 46k.
Yes, equity and credit. Traded my V6 RS in for my 2020 ss (low miles less than 15k) I had 12k equity and financed my SS for 35k with no down payment. Dealer actually wanted to get me a good deal and I LOVE my SS. Best car I've ever had!
I wish I had a parking spot like that everywhere to keep people away from my Cam. I got a good deal from a bank because it upped the warranty in order to lower the rate, but I will probably refinance thru a credit union soon.
My 22 1ss 1le m6, I found in April on a lot in Cincinnati brand new.. Drove over 2hrs from southern Indiana to get it since they were selling for msrp.. Every other dealer I went to had at least $5k to $7500, and even $10k markup above msrp.. Dealers are rip off artists, but some are solid.. My car msrp was $47,890.. my Indiana Members Credit Union got me 1.9% apr.. I also put $8000 down as you did.. feels better than $10k.. lol.. The car is amazing, its my weekend warrior.. And the most fun car I've ever owned.. Had, 2016 Mustang GT PP.. 2012 corvette, 2004 Cobra mustang, & 1991 Fox Body GT.. All Manuals, The 22 camaro ss 1le, is the best car in every function I have ever owned..
Don’t pay off the car early if you have a 3% loan. Invest your savings for retirement or improve your house. Something that will easily pay back more than 3%. Nice car.
IF YOU DON'T HAVE ALL 3 OF THOSE THINGS YOU'RE NOT GETTING HOSED YOU JUST GET WHAT YOU CAN GET WITH WHAT YOU HAVE WITH WHAT YOU GOT. YOU'LL JUST BE BUILDING YOUR CREDIT!!!💯
I've got all 3 of these (and actually planning on just paying cash for the car, so I won't even be bothering with a loan), but my problem is actually getting the car. Ordered my 2SS 1LE on 11/13/21, and it hasn't even been accepted by GM yet. Dealer hasn't gotten an allocation, and they have no idea when, or if, they'll be getting one. 😕
@@Spitllamaspit My local dealer here in northwestern Pennsylvania. I also called around to some dealers in Erie and Pittsburgh the other week, but they all indicated they were in the same boat when it came to allocations.
That's a crazy story, haven't heard about any stories of how the ordering process works out here. I hope you can find a way into getting one in the near future! I know it looks bleak right now.
@@BSchoon55 found a car at another dealership that just came in today and that no one had claimed. Wasn't the exact color/options as what I had ordered, but was still pretty close. Was all set to go there today to purchase the car, but then they undervalued my trade by over $6000. When I contacted them back to take the trade out of the equation, and just buy the car outright, they said I had to finance through them if I wasn't including the trade, and oh by the way they weren't honoring the 0% financing that Chevy is offering on their website! I don't see why it's so hard to purchase this vehicle, and at this point I'm so fed up with this whole process that I'm ready to just forget about the Camaro and go for something else.
@@Spitllamaspit December of 2022? So that’s the secret get a DeLorean travel to the future and place an order for a Camaro. Got it, I think my neighbor has one I’ll travel to December and comeback before dinner.
Unfortunately, I cannot. The original owner put on a modified AWE Axleback Track Exhaust and there is no more feature to open and close the valves... they are just stuck open all the time haha.
Looks very uncomfortable to me..i dont like to sit under the wheel..i want just the ball of my foot to touch the pedal in stretched out position..dont like be cramped up..
Granny driving position in a track car... never thought i'd see it lol
Lmao!!!! That was awesome!!! Made me laugh like crazy. You are correct!
🤣🤣🤣
IKR!! Steering wheel was in his chest!😂😂😂😂
That’s how bad the visibility is in the car, gotta get on the wheel to see
Who said there’s no room in the back seats.
Awesome video! My 2SS 1LE Cherry Tincoat is arriving at the dealer in about a week.
Thank you and congrats! That is going to be awesome!!

I got my 22 2ss 1le at msrp and 0.9% interest rate from February. From ordering to delivery process took only 3 months.
That’s unheard of! Great job!

I got my 18' 2SS 1LE at the very tail end of 2020, it was a great price but be forewarned the paint on these cars are very thin lol
I just got the 2019 2ss but I added the 1le rims, next is the brake upgrade and a exhaust

Thx for the video and info man I’m interested in getting one myself
My pleasure, glad it could help!!!

Good info guy! But there's no way you can track this beast in that car seat setting bro! Lol 😂
Bought my 18 1LE summer before Covid hit for 50K CDN with 5k on the dial.

Hey man i can’t wait for my 1ss 1le to get delivered, dealer tells me it’s 2-3 weeks out , how much do you pay for Insurance??

Where are you trying to order it from? I ordered mine in December of 2022 and its been built already just waiting on it to get in currently.

But your video was very informative.
Great video!
Every bumbed into something and how much did it cost you to fix?
So far nothing crazy. Some small curb rash once that just needed some paint & refinishing.
I’m sorry but I would be embarrassed driving a muscle car like that😅
Can you show a difference between valve open and closed?
Unfortunately, I cannot. The original owner put on a modified AWE Axleback Track Exhaust and there is no more feature to open and close the valves... they are just stuck open all the time haha.
If you total that car wouldn’t you go negative with all that you put down
Bro why do u drive like that ?
How many gears do you have?
6 in the manual
Nice one
Thank you!
Why you so close lol
Haha it’s just what I always do!!!

I wonder how many go in debt to afford a camaro like that
Way more than I think ever gets reported about.
🙋🏻♂️
Dayum the camaro is so loud 😂
Hard balance to talk over the exhaust without yelling, but not being too quiet either haha.
My ears 😍
Thank you very much!
Save the car for the track.
And winter. Obviously. Can’t ride in the snow.
I hope the v8 stays alive
Same... v8 or nothing for me.
Say your pennies and pay cash.
Nice one
Thank you!
