Im so tired of the 80s and 90s physicality argument. I mean is true that it was more physical but how Muggsy Boges (5-3, 140 lbs) and Spud Webb (5-6, 140lbs) played in those years where basketball was like MMA according to some. It was more pysical but if you have game you dominate in any era. You adjust.
After watching Tonights/Clippers Rockets game I saw a flaw in Kawhis game... hes an awful 3 point shooter. His shot is very flat.. he can get away with a flat shot on mid range shots but not on threes. He also doesnt have blow by speed and has to give the ball up on some drives. He also doesnt seem to play hard all the time. I'll admit Dan was right.... I also dont think the Clippers could win without PG. As a Clippers fan I was let down by Kawhi in this game. I was expecting him to shut down or at least try to shut down Harden. This game had great written all over it but it was a dud ... Even though Kawhi played it felt like he was just going through the motions... sometimes it feels like that to me watching him. I dont see intensity or sense of urgency from him. Hes load managing even in games it seems.
