Mayock is a very good man, Raiders can be happy that they got him. Not sure about the timeline and who chose whom 2 years ago etc. but Gruden and him are working into becoming a very strong combination.

Young Bettis was a big nimble back who could could get to the second level and punish the secondary, also great in pass protection and last but not least both where good out the backfield not great but formidable
