I am lovin the whole cordless thing. I have been using Octanes for three years now. I presently have a Whal Beretto/Berret cordless clippers. Oster had nothing to offer when I bought the Whal clippers. I would like to switch to Cordless Fast Feeds and trimmers in time. I won’t be letting my Octanes go anytime soon however, they are the best. I like the idea of using all Oster again, too bad they were so late to the cordless party.
Hey Rick, the only problem I have with this oster would be the switch location. It needs to be up where your thumb would rest rather than on the back third of the thing. It's kinda awkward back there. The clipper is a bit off balance due to the weight of the battery. On the positive side it has all the power of the original 76. Overall it's a fantastic clipper. I'm 100 percent cordless now all but a dryer. Have been wanting for this for 30 years. I've never tried the fastfeeds, I'm a wahl senior cordless guy usually, but I'll give those a try also.
