There are of course other expensive and luxurious neighbourhood in Moscow but this one kind of stood out because it's consider one of the world's expensive area to reside in the world.
This is because of the imposing statue of Friedrich Engels and also the historical Russian Orthodox church capped in golden domes located on the Ostozhenka Street, aka Golden Mile in Moscow.
To acquire property in this Exclusive nebgourhood, you will need to have your dollars in order . The stating prices is approximately US$800,000 (RUB51.6 million), with a large number of properties in the range of US$6 million (RUB387million) to US$7 million (RUB452 million) dollars," says Vitaly Bobkov, Vice President of Moscow Sotheby’s International Realty.
