I explored Lilleshall Abbey and found out some interesting information! ep1

Today I ventured out to Lilleshall Abbey to explore the abbey remains and learn more about a place I once often used to be driven past as a boy. History as far back as the 1100s and with connections to some famous people of today.

Thank you, the Abbey is fantastic in person really, and bigger than I remember, although 18 years is a long time. 😂 more to come still and not all future videos will be like this, I just thought I’d give some insight to its history and hope others may visit a much forgotten area of shropshire. We used to climb the gate to chill/look back in 1997 to 1999 at night, so spooky but never saw any ghosts

I used to go ghost hunting around the 2000-2005 and film the trips, I’ve a VHS tape somewhere of Lilleshall at night.
Before this video around the 2005 year myself and some friends went for an explore. Didn’t see anything inside the abbey, but heard what sounded like an army marching footsteps in the gravel track. (Think I said in the video) definitely put the willys up is 😂
Ive permission from the land owner to do an overnight camp, so I’m hoping to return this year and do that.

I live in Muxton about 1 half miles away from the Abby, this place is very hunted especially by a monk also you can hear screaming from the road, I would suggest if you’re brave enough to come here at night be very quiet as the house next to the abbey will ring the police

18 years ago I did a paranormal investigation there, for us we got nothing apart from the marching footsteps, I’ve friends who have been and seen who refuse even today after 20 years to return day or night. Maybe I’ll do a night explore again. Thanks for watching and ATB Russ 👍🏻
