The answer is no, it doesn't support mania 4k and I sadly don't know if there are more bots like this one. I wish I could help but I cant with this time :(

this is way late but if you ever see this there is a bot named "- Alexmal -" and you can do !r 4 for 4k and !r 7 for 7k
