It’s hard to predict what’s going to be the thing. I’ve asked about timetables and they have shared that the time it takes to reorder, ship, and stock it all. It’s a while, no doubt, but if it’s something you like - I think it’s worth it.
I nabbed the dot grid stencil on the last restock and only used it a few times before the numbers and lines started to peel off. Very disappointing. But I'm definitely picking up both notebooks, both sets of washi, and... maybe the stickers. I love that the items will complement the last two sub boxes; I can mix and match September's vintage library collection with these new book themed washi and stickers, and ditto for the celestial wonders box from December. Can't wait for tomorrow!
Wow that's disappointing, have you tried reaching out for a refund? It shouldn't break down like that in a few uses...thats just crazy bad quality control.
I'm only one month into journaling and am barely starting my notebook collection. The B5 looks bigger than the A5, correct? The A5 has been great for me but I need more! 😂 I've never considered a square one, but I'm willing to start that size correction with the storybook notebook! Wish me luck! 🤞
I really like them. But I'm staring at my tower of unused journals and I'm not sure buying another is a great idea. That being said this tower is all my a5 and b5 notebooks and we both know square is better 🤔
I was so excited for the storybook watercolor journal, hard to find watercolor paper in a lovely journal. Ordered the 8x8 and received it yesterday! Though the journal is stunning, I wouldn't qualify it as watercolor paper, more like mixed media 😅, I like to paint wet on wet and it didn't handle that very well. Still plan on using it for maybe gouache or sketching though 😊 Hope y'all were able to get your hands on some, know some of these items went fast
Great video Mark. I'm not a lover of green usually but that storybook design is absolutely gorgeous. I'm tempted to get a square but I don't really need it, and I've spent so much on fountain pens and ink I can't really justify it. But, as it's an everyday essential hopefully someone will get me it for my birthday lol
I'm in love with the square moon phase one! Gorgeous! I'm thinking of getting watercolor pages for me. I'm going to get the green one in A5 sketch book for my daughter. Love this release.
So glad there are going to be sketchbooks, going to pick up the storybook in A5 sketchbook for one son, in B5 lined for another, and the bookish washi & stickers for myself. Love, love, LOVE this release!

I made a custom One Line a Day Diary in an Archer & Olive square notebook. It was perfect and I love it. I am really looking forward to completing it in the next five years. There was something that I wanted to say from the last video but I was too shy. Because of your videos, I decided to get my first fountain pen to use with my writing journal. It feels much more professional this way. I got a Kaweco Perkeo which was a good entry level starter fountain pen for the price.
Absolutely want one of the new journals in a B5 size. Probably the book one. Because I'd really like to have a vegan leather cover for a change. Every one I have so far is linen.
The designs looks so good on the big B5 size. I’m excited to try more of the new linen like cover material to see if it works too. The vegan leather is my favorite for no yucky finger prints and dust, but I do love the simplicity of the linen covers.
So happy they are coming out with a lined version of their journals. I love using lined journals for my bullet journal. I’m using a lined journal for my reading bullet journal this year so I can’t wait to get a lined journal from them.
I love these new notebooks and that they're coming in square with all the interior options! I've been getting these full cover styles in B5 so now I'm tempted to get both designs in B5 AND 8x8 because I definitely need at least the Storybook one in both sizes. I just made this year's reading journal in the lined cafe design from the December 22 sub box and now I'm starting to wonder if I like the lined enough to do that again. I'm also excited that after having more gold accents with the celestial design for the December 23 sub box that the new tapes are more silver/holographic. Decisions, decisions.
Also, I thought the pictures and the reels on Instagram looked more like the purple was vegan leather and the green was the buckram, but it does say the opposite on the website blog post. Interesting.
Sold out too quick and now people have to wait until a May pre-order shipment. Ridiculous! They need to do better.

Someone said to tape over them. I wonder if a thin marker could work.

B5 is really big compared to A5, but fills that more space. Sometimes it’s almost too much, for me, so the square has been a great middle point.
I'm counting the days.... so many flipping days...

IMO they work if you already know what your spacing is. Without it, it's hard

Why not both. 😂 I’ve used every size at this point and I think Square is a nice median between A5 and B5.

I love the storybook B5 and the book washi. The thin tapes in the book washi are gorgeous and would work well for a Scottish or Irish theme as well.
