- Having been born and raised here in Bacolod City, this was probably where I felt the most pressure to cook good food. I felt so at home in this place and it feels great to be able to speak Ilonggo everywhere I go.

I really like how your tagalog sounds perfect then you switch to English then talk in Ilonggo and boom !!! The transition of accent from Ilonggo tone slowly fading back into normal tagalog..Salute Chef JP very versatile .
Ito ung klasing food vlog na gustong iexplore ang pinas. Tapos kung anu ung roots mo ito ung iroroot mo ung sarili mo sa area then itry to infuse ung roots mo sa roots nila sa pagluluto. Hanep napaka sarap at napasariwa at naparelaxing combination. Tama ka nga Chen Jp. Hindi na ito work a vacation of pleasure. Pagluto sa ibang tastebuds is heaven.
