Blackhawk Rescue Mission 5 - Solo Stealth Raid: Naval Base

- I just found out that BRM5 still has private servers in GEN4 😩
I haven't seen a Naval Base stealth tutorial on UA-cam yet, so I'm just posting this mid stealth run for now. I'll delete it later if I do a perfect run or someone else does a REAL stealth tutorial. Version 7.0.4., by the way.
CLIMB THE CRANE TO KILL THE SMOKERS, 2 PLATFORMS UP. But be careful about it, a mortar operator and gasser can still spot you.
I need feedback for this one. The jump cuts aren't my style, but I figure it makes the video way more digestible for invalids than a whole 25-minute buffet. DOES THEY PLEASE YOU, [Your Name Here]?!
Music Used: GoldenEye: Rogue Agent - Crab Key (BGM M7A1 0, BGM M7A1 1, BGM M7A1 2, BGM M7A5 2)

this is the same guy that soloed bunker in op resurgence
No scope zeroing and hitting shots is pure art
0:29 I wonder how they haven't raised the alarm yet
They didn't have a radio.
If you're in their line of sight, first they'll try to kill you. They only start calling for backup when they or you take cover. I wouldn't rely on that for anything other than snipers though, 'cause when they're in that kill mode, everyone around them gets alerted, too. And it also makes others detect you easier. I might be wrong about some part of that, but that makes enough sense for me to work with.

Interesting, i always thought that unlike the RLF, if the POD hears generally any other POD gunshots, they'll radio, but now i'm a bit confused, do they only radio once a POD sniper starts shooting?
@peletrify4089 As far as Fort, Naval, and Mountain go, ALL bots have radios and WILL call for backup if they're alerted and lose sight of you. While they're shooting at you, they WILL likely alert the bots around them, too. If you're crouching or crawling, most bots don't have the line of sight to shoot at you, though.
They radio for backup after SEEING you for a long enough time, or when they hear another bot nearby shooting at you. But I think of the shooting part more like, the first bot who sees you is calling you out and it's not their actual gunshots that alert their friends, 'cause I've gotten away with alerting one of them and being shot at before. But that could just as easily have been thanks to lag.
Snipers are usually far away from the rest of the bots, so alerting them isn't a big deal at a place like Naval, but you DO need to pay attention 'cause you won't get a detection bar while you're alerting OTHER bots with a long line of sight, and you need to stay in their line of sight and kill them ALL if you want to maintain stealth.
Generally, just kill them fast so that they don't have the chance to get alerted. If that's not possible, shoot them once, take cover, then finish them off while they're calling for backup. But with snipers, stay where they can see you until you kill them.
The reason I don't want to say the radio part applies to ALL locations is because I've actually never properly been to the easier places 'cause other people take care of them fast enough that they're not a concern for me. The one time I stealthed Depot, someone else alerted a bot, and he chased us down instead of calling for backup, so I'm thinking there's differences between POD and RLF bots in that way.
Bro are you a ghost, why won't it let me @ you.

Ah, thanks, that explains it!
I like this mechanic the devs added in, as it shows off the difference in professionalism (is that even a word?) between the POD and the RLF.
To everyone asking about attachments, the scope is called "PM II/LP".
I felt like I had a stroke every time you fired your rifle
*FINALLY SOME CRITICISM.* If this was someone else's video and I saw this, I would've said the same thing, but I was leaning towards shortening the video instead of posting the raw 25 minutes. I'm thinking the best type of transition is like seamless cuts of the animation of drawing the gun out, but the changing backgrounds are still gonna be disorienting. But the noise from the "killed enemy" notifications sting my ears when they're cut off, so timing the transitions and fading out the noise from each clip's gonna take some work for me to figure out.
@@hedoneas That's part of figuring out YT bro. I had to do the same
Bro cooking🔥
Damn bro that was a good stealth i tried like 2412983754625 times and i still fail. Bro keep it up!
i hope the devs makes the ammo box from 10 to 20 cause the low ammo quantity sucks
what attachments do you use on the hectate?
PM II/LP scope and the most expensive laser and flashlights, LA-5E/PEQ and MX-12393B/PVS. Long barrel, and also the silencer.
Wow
DAMN
The amount of subtle foreshadowing...
Damn I try my friend and we they get spotting and I was clearing up but god then they left because to much ans Tomorrow we going again and I do rest and I do pretty well manage to do except gas mask guy with 4 of them yeah I lost that one but is nice you show how much enemy location thx and damn you good
When in doubt, use grenades. They'll kill anything except the smoker VIP.
@hedoneas yes only that problem we facing now and need take down fast ty
@@Shadows-d1pM1014
@autisticANDarmed shotgun could be good nice thx mate
Bro is speedrun
1000 moners from a stealth? Holy shit.
It's fairly hard to get to stealth kill the VIP in fort, considering he's in the middle of the command building, so the reward is a pretty good value i'd say
Nevermind, forgot this was naval and not fort, i'm an idiot, still though, he's in the middle of the base, and you have to get past alot of guys to take him out
What Type of scope is that Long Range
PM II/LP.
Sir i wanted to ask how you take down second vip in raid mode. Me and my friends have been trying for an hour but he flanks us and we can't kill him. It taken an hour.
2 grenades and a Hecate bodyshot, or a lot more grenades. Spam firing headshots from an automatic rifle works too, but you need someone who can handle the recoil and actually hit the VIP.
When Naval's already on alert, it's a group effort to take him down. Position yourselves so that all of you can shoot at the same target, like proning, crouching, and standing depending whether you're in front of people or not, or spacing yourselves out from left to right. Reinforcements are usually what kills people though, so watch your backs.
I've noticed up close that it's hard to properly hit him with bullets, and I think that's because your bullets are firing "past" him due to how long the barrel is and how close he is to you, but that's just my theory. I forgot if melee weapons actually stun him, but the gas will still be hurting you even while he's stunned.
If anyone's using semi-automatic weapons, don't count on them. But overall, grenades are almost necessary, even if they're just to deal with the other bots.
The gasser? Get on a shipping container by the crane, let him peek and shotgun spam him. Be patient because he does a lot of damage.
My galactic brain figured out a better way and I forgot to say it. From the main building, 2nd floor, in the open room next to the other VIP's room, shoot out the left-most windows and shoot at the other bots in the pit area to lure out the VIP, then shoot him. Be careful of the machine gunners if no one's taken them out, and keep an ear open for the bots that'll sneak up behind you.
whats the setup on that hecate?
Yo what scope is that
You actually use that bad pistol? you can have more performance on a lock with 1 extra mag and a bunch of parabelum ammo (Atleast 5)
No Glocks in my house. No, no, no. But the Mk 27 Mod 2's been my go-to stealth pistol since I realized it can have a silencer.
That said, the Makarov does me right when places are on alert. Besides, the big drum mag makes me look like a wind-up doll with the way it protrudes from my holster or whatever. I always used the Deagle in GEN3, so when it gets more customization options, I'm going ALL in on it.
