Hello great content, I am new to vrv systems and just in the process of fitting one, I was curious upon vacuum out the system and adding extra charge do you send it through the liquid line or suction line Thanks
Very informative good advice, MI procedure's for a successful and long term hassle free installation's the key for reliability and happy clients many thanks.
Quick question since you didn't touch on it in the video. Is setting up the proper airflow or at least verifying proper CFM on ducted fan coils critical to system operation? From what I've read about VRV/VRF systems airflow at the indoors determines capacity. I've never worked on a Daikin yet, but saw there is an auto static function to set the airflow. Seems like most issues from these units come from bad installs or lack of knowledge when commissioning. I appreciate all the VRV content; you have some real experts on your team. It's very hard to find information about these units in the states and the manuals are not easy to understand. It's crazy how much goes into these units from the design phase, up till commissioning, and even later during service.
From my experience.....installation is the absolute most critical factor in how these systems will run over their lifetime....any screw ups....you are doomed to service call after service call. Daikin is by far my favorite VRF i work on. LG can suck on a garden hose hooked to an exhaust.
Thank you. A lot information to learn in 22 mins 56 seconds video. Don’t have to go training anymore
Super informative video, and these guys seem super trustworthy. Appreciate it!
Really nice video, from a Florida Daikin rep.

Airflow is important especially from ceiling cassettes. Which louvres are blanked or not and height from floor to ceiling
