@@Glubre When your tanks die, they drop a scrap which GLA units can pick up, if you place a scaffold on top of it the scrap will be deleted. The opponent isn't supposed to destroy it, you can cancel the scaffold really quickly if you're good but even if they do, losing 400 coins and your enemy not getting the rocket technical is worth it, because rocket techs are crazy annoying you can lose a game just because of one
Seems fair to me, the Internet Center is a MASSIVE investment - much like individual hackers - don't think it would be OP or massively change the game other than giving China factions a better chance late-game - Tank, for example, could then be able to transfer to MiG spam to chip away at base defenses tanks can't crack. ...or let hackers generate cash while they occupy civilian buildings or bunkers instead. Being out in the open doesn't make much sense in the 'real world'. I guess they figure China's 2ndary economy (hackers) have to be vulnerable due to they ability to also be mobile - unlike the other factions - so THAT is the balance. Also unfair that China has to build it's Superweapon to get upgrades - while the Prop Center has only a few upgrades (unlike the other two factions).
I was wondering that myself - I know they'll improve the fire-rate on a Nuke Cannon and you can make a firestorm with only TWO Inferno Cannons if they're by a speaker tower.
