I had massive peeing problems about 3 years ago. Real agony. Yeah cutting sugar and carbs, exercise is all good. However what really WORKED was cutting out dairy especially milk and cheese. Dairy contains high levels of the female hormone oestrogen which causes inflammation of the prostate and you need to reduce intake of it so CUT OUT DAIRY altogether. I found this out indirectly as I cut it out not because of oestrogen but the high sugar lactose content and Jeronimo peeing became easier and after 3 weeks I was back to peeing like a baby.
Also eat organic pumpkin seeds, beetroot. Also cranberries but with NO added sugar.
Also intermittent fasting is very good, 24-36 hours, well it is as you are not consuming anything, not just dairy.
I know it was dairy as periodically since I fall off the Keto diet and eat a huge bowl of butterscotch Angel Delight made with 600ml of milk. I use whole milk to get the higher fat content but for the following 2 days I notice it is markedly harder for me to not only pee but I also severe get pain. But I only now consume dairy very occasionally (milk) and I am fine. I couldn't ever consume milk, cheese or yoghurt on a daily basis any more. No way. I would quickly not be able to pee and be in agony trying to do so without passing and my bladder filling up and becoming even more painful. Quite distressing really.

Doesn't supplementing with Zinc affect copper? Increasing Zinc intake will deplete Copper, which we badly need every day as we do not recirculate Copper like we do Iron.

    Hi Dr.
What do you recommend for extremely acidic semen or sperm?
Please, this is not a joke.
