The builder is anticipating 3500 - 5000 THB/night for a short-term holiday rental as an investment property. For long-term rental, won't know until someone buys one and puts it up for rent.
Ill be moving to Bang Sare area mid September with my dog. Looking for a 2 bedroom house. Would you recommend driving around the area looking for rent house signs, realtor agents, facebook? Thnx

As a foreigner, you would have to buy as a Thai company to own it.
