Yes, yes, yes, yes! I came down to the comments to write that Keith David's expression there is my single favorite moment across this whole glorious show. SO. GOOD.
I know it's unlikely, but there's a part of me that genuinely wants him to be the main villain somehow. I'm obsessed with combined absurdity and sadness of that end tag lol
@@TheBananaBoxThe somehow is simple, ever since the Dean and Takashi stopped talking, he began working his way up through the Yakuza to amass power, just to destroy Greendale and the man that broke his heart.
With how such a master of Story and attentive to details in previous episodes he has, I really hope Dan Harmon pulls up all these side stories By the time the movie releases, over a decade will have passed since the finale, this teenage boy is now a man who definetly already is in the Yakuza And given Troy's world voayge (which already ended after a decade), maybe he stopped in Japan or something I dont know, I just want it to be very inclusive (in terms of inside jokes rather than trying to be a wide audiences blockbuster) and eccentric with its plot. Community dies, not afraid of possible layoffs and cancellations, but with an explosion It's in great hands, only time will tell.
Fun fact: Keith David was actually reacting to notes Dan Harmon was giving when they cut to him after Frankie said she didn’t own a TV. I’m so glad they kept that moment in the episode though!
The Annie-Abed hug at the end is so cute! I really wish we got more plots with them together, instead of just scenes here and there. They work very well together
i shipped jeff annie in s1. then s3 rolled around and i became a abed annie truther. they would've been such a cute couple!! community fumbled hard. should've made them date either when troy britta were a thing or after troy left
Britta tries to fart and clearly CLEARLY shits her pants. Aaron: "Did she pee?" Don't know how the dude hasn't ended up stuck in a well or bankrupted by a pyramid scheme.
*Annie:* "...Yeah, well, here's what hope gets you. Hope and a buck forty-nine will get you a candy bar." *Abed:* "A buck seventy-nine." *Annie:* "Really? Jesus!!" *Elroy:* "I remember when candy bars were 50 cents. If someone said, "Hey, I just joined Mensa! Or, I consider myself a post-modern this or that." You could say, "Yeah, that and .50 cents'll get you a candy bar. Or, that and a quarter will get you a phone call." It was easier to be unimpressed back then. I mean, it was... literally, cheaper!"
The greatest end tag in the series! Also, if no one else mentioned it, the super long shot of Keith David's incredulous face was actually an outtake of him listening to Dan Harmon directing the scene.
I really like this one, but IMO, the best is the finale tag. Spoiler: "We weren't created by God, but by a joke" is possibly my favorite joke in sitcom history.
I love Britta this season. I like that they let Gillian Jacobs go wild with the character. I know some people say she seems different from season 1 but that's how a lot of people are. They mask who they are early on in a friendship and slowly as time goes on, they feel more comfortable and allow their friends to see their true self. I always thought of Britta as a goofy fun loving person who had a traumatic event happen to her as a child and then started covering up the real person and pretended to be this buzzkill person that was too cool for everything. Once in a while, her mask slips and you see the real Britta in the early seasons but after 5 years, she's fully comfortable letting her be herself.
If you have your University give degrees to dogs, it doesn't say "We are so good even a dog can get a degree" - it says "If a dog can get a degree, the only thing the degree you are getting is good for - wiping your ass with it." You see many employers getting excited to hire someone from a Uni, where dogs get the same degree?
Conversely how many jobs are going to care enough to do a deep dive into the specific community college that you got your degree from? Odds are that 90% of jobs literally couldn’t care less if someone got their degree from Greendale or City college. From the average students perspective you’d definitely want to go to the one where the dog got the degree,
7:35 "Only 4 of them"? There are literally SEVEN PEOPLE in that scene: Jeff, Frankie, Dean Pelton, Abed, Elroy, Britta (on the couch), and Annie (who stormed off a moment earlier). Plus Chang is still around. That's **six people from Season 1 and two new characters.** You do clarify this at 11:03, and I do see your point. Personally, though, I love the S6 crew.
Loved your reaction! You should definetly watch the society of the snow, it's a great movie and I'm sure you are going to have a lot of interesting things to say about that one
I think you guys would love the owl house Alex Hirsch who created gravity falls and did many voices in it does multiple voices in the owl house and most people who love one loves the other
Yeah, it's sad how many characters that have been lost. The two new ones this season are pretty good, but the show has really changed so much from what we originally fell in love with.
I never liked the fact that they do the "Annie wants to leave Greendale" for the third fricking time here, and that too in Season 6! Annie has shown so much growth and literally led the effort to save Greendale in S05. And the writers just choose to forget that and make her want to leave Greendale again on this issue. It's quite regressive
Yeah I’m kinda against Annie in this one. I agree with not running an attack ad on a dog but City College did commit libel. Getting tied up in knots about the academic sanctity of one community college over another is splitting hairs at best.
BEYOND members and Raw Rider Patrons can watch the Full Length Reaction HERE: blindwave.com/video/community-6x03-full
Keith David's reaction to 'I don't own a TV' may be the finest moment of acting to ever grace the screen.
Yes, yes, yes, yes! I came down to the comments to write that Keith David's expression there is my single favorite moment across this whole glorious show.
SO. GOOD.
6:57 😂😂😂
"Tokyo is a machine, caked with blood, running on flesh" That line goes incredibly hard for being so unrelated to the main plot 😂
"I am looking at my son but all I see is the ghost of your uncle"
Paget's delivery of "Did we.... give a dog... a degree?" and Allison's "HOW ARE THESE HARD QUESTIONS!" kill me everytime
Takashi, highest leader of the Yakuza is on my bingo card for callbacks for the Community movie. Loved that C plot so much!

That Yakuza end tag is absolutely fantastic. One of my favorites.
Keith David makes everything better
His reaction to "I don't own a tv" 😂
Fun fact: Keith David was actually reacting to notes Dan Harmon was giving when they cut to him after Frankie said she didn’t own a TV. I’m so glad they kept that moment in the episode though!
I love Alison's delivery on getting to know the price of a candy bar. She turns total authentic Valley girl in a nanosecond
The Annie-Abed hug at the end is so cute! I really wish we got more plots with them together, instead of just scenes here and there. They work very well together

The Dean subplot alone shows how great Season 6 can be.
the best part about season 6 is that the end credits just go all in, cant wait for balloon boy
Yakuza, Balloon Boy and the Community: The Game are probably the three most out there tags ever. Not just for Community, but for any series.
Keith David really can say anything and make it work. The Dean subplot was something special
season 6 and its end tags are honestly soe of my favourites. it's where i can without a doubt see Harmon's brain at work
Keith David is genuinely one of the best additions to the show. I can’t wait for the wedding episode…
Britta tries to fart and clearly CLEARLY shits her pants. Aaron: "Did she pee?" Don't know how the dude hasn't ended up stuck in a well or bankrupted by a pyramid scheme.
Can't believe you cut Frankie's hope monologue from the edit. It feels like Dan Harmon speaking directly through her there.
It really defines Frankie as a character and shows how unique she is
It incentivizes getting the full length reactions, not all the best bits make it to the video
This season works so well because it’s just Dan Harmon finally realizing he doesn’t need to fight against anything - he can just do what i he likes
"I wouldn;t say that, you just put 5 huge cans of olives next to me" kills me everytime
Call me Troy 'cause I love this casual hoodie Annie look so much
"I just want to know that they feel comfortable."
My favorite end credits for the show, I'm glad y'all enjoyed it as much as I did!
My favourite joke (Olives) and my favourite end-gag (Yakuza).
Annie out here being the cutest annoying person ever in this ep
No situation room is complete without a rotary Red Phone.
*Annie:* "...Yeah, well, here's what hope gets you. Hope and a buck forty-nine will get you a candy bar."
*Abed:* "A buck seventy-nine."
*Annie:* "Really? Jesus!!"
*Elroy:* "I remember when candy bars were 50 cents.
I’m sad Frankie’s hope speech didn’t make the main cut, I love quoting it
I'm really gonna miss the community reactions when you guys are done with the show:(
Hopefully we get a movie soon enough!
7:19 are you serious? Jesus…
I love Allison Brie’s delivery on that line.
The hope speech Frankie gives is one of my favs.
Dan harmon side plots is more awesome and amazing then anything else
The greatest end tag in the series!
Also, if no one else mentioned it, the super long shot of Keith David's incredulous face was actually an outtake of him listening to Dan Harmon directing the scene.
I really like this one, but IMO, the best is the finale tag.
Spoiler:
"We weren't created by God, but by a joke" is possibly my favorite joke in sitcom history.
The color fade with the voice over is just genius 😂😂😂😂
"You know, this internet thing has gone too far!"
Everyone nods in agreement.
These discussions for the community episodes are too good! Just always a wild subject
Sesaon 6 just goes for it, in ways you can never expect
I love Britta this season. I like that they let Gillian Jacobs go wild with the character. I know some people say she seems different from season 1 but that's how a lot of people are. 6:50. Fav scene
Britta crapping her pants is the best
Wasnt there a hot sauce bet? Did I miss it? where
Yeah apparently we all missed it including the crew so it seems like they'll just skip over it
FIVE CANS?!?!
Guys got perfect delivery pretty much always.
If you have your University give degrees to dogs, it doesn't say "We are so good even a dog can get a degree" - it says "If a dog can get a degree, the only thing the degree you are getting is good for - wiping your ass with it."

One of the best end credit bits in the show 😂😂😂
One of my favourite end tags of the entire show
Dont think ive ever seen Calvin laugh so hard 😂
I wonder, are the crew at Blind Wave aware that this season was on Yahoo!'s old streaming service instead of on network TV (NBC)
7:35 "Only 4 of them"? There are literally SEVEN PEOPLE in that scene: Jeff, Frankie, Dean Pelton, Abed, Elroy, Britta (on the couch), and Annie (who stormed off a moment earlier). Obviously Aaron means 4 of the greendale 7
Loved your reaction!
You should definetly watch the society of the snow, it's a great movie and I'm sure you are going to have a lot of interesting things to say about that one
Nearly all "z" plot this season are this brilliant! lmao
Season 6 is so underrated
I think you guys would love the owl house Alex Hirsch who created gravity falls and did many voices in it does multiple voices in the owl house and most people who love one loves the other
This end tag, and when Duncan calls in an airstrike while tryna order staples.
_Merigold._ _Arcadia..._ Whatever 🤷🏾♂️
"I don't wish people, 'Good morning' for nothin'" 😂😂😂
Calvin was homeschooled?
That actually explains a lot.
The _Z_ plot.
Everyone looks away from Chang's video, but Abed analytically studies it from a film perspective. 🙂
Yeah, it's sad how many characters that have been lost. The two new ones this season are pretty good, but the show has really changed so much from what we originally fell in love with.

I agree. I feel like Season 6 as a whole treats the Annie character rather weirdly, but we also get Scorpio-9 so everything is forgiven
Can you guys please do solo leveling 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Would love to see you react to the film, Society of the Snow by J. A. Bayona.
Where is “we are the ones who live” ????
Right it’s been days they’re usually on top of it
They’re not currently planning on reacting to it. You can recommend three shows/movies on their website.
I'm gonna be real with you, they are not squeezing a damn walking dead show into their busy schedule in 2024.
There's a case of art imitating life with this show and how there's less and less people at the desk
Are you going to react to season 2 of the Halo series?
Why would you do that to them?
Yeah I’m kinda against Annie in this one.
I agree with not running an attack ad on a dog but City College did commit libel. Getting tied up in knots about the academic sanctity of one community college over another is splitting hairs at best.
PLS, watch The ones who live (the walking dead)...
