I adopted a stray male white/gray tabby that looks just like Stella 😸
Watching cats is so calming. Thank you.
I love the song 🎵 Sammy and Goldie! I have pet cats and an outside cat colony that is outside my house. I have a Sammy (male) and Goldie (male) outside but they do Not like each other! Lolllll
Poor Stella get well soon🙏🏻🙏🏻❤❤ love you Stella
I wonder Stella is not hungry kitty. Mmm. Keep up it all the beautiful cats purrfect. 🐈⬛🖤😻😻😻🖤🐾😻😻🖤
I hope Stella got back to feeling better. I was thinking could it be a hairball? I feel you as far as opening and trying a ton of cat food to get a cat to eat anything. Sammy loves you and that is so sweet when she cuddled with you.
maybe it could be a hairball.
Reminds me of a Cesar Milan video where this big dog wouldn't eat all of the delectables his owner was always tempting him with. Cesar took the dog to his Dog Psychology center where he had the dog running with the pack, trotting on the treadmill, swimming in the pool, etc. The dog had just been unfulfilled and needed more stimulation and to live like a dog. Right away, the dog was thrilled with just plain old dog food, gulping it down and excited to get it. Maybe Stella needs a frolic outside climbing trees and fasting and really earning a meal. Then again, maybe she needed to rest her GI tract for a day. Hope she was OK! Oops about such a long comment!
possibly, but she went to the vet a few weeks ago and her blood sugar was slightly elevated and so were her white blood cells, so we’ve been making lots of diet transitions

Everybody loves Sammy! Goldie and Sammy in the bed made my heart melt!!!
Stella is such a pretty girl!
I hope Stella recovers quickly from whatever is bothering her appetite. I had to do a double-take when you said she wasn’t interested in the rotisserie chicken! Peace & blessings! 🕊️🐈⬛🐈❤️🙏✝️
Somehow, I’ve ended up with a bunch of cats that don’t like rotisserie chicken
@@LuckyFerals Astounding! ❤️🐈⬛🐈❤️
Stella's charcuterie board -- awesome!
I noticed that Boo and Stella have got a sort of "older cat " look to their coats. I mean that with affection for both of them. I adore older cats.

Maybe Stella just has the winter blues.
Get well soon Stella. Kitten Kat came into the hallway wanting wet food. When I brought the wet food into the bedroom she ran and hid behind the toilet which made me laugh. Then she went into the bottom drawer space and peeked her head out and looked at me & I told her she is my baby & my kitty & I love her & she is making huge progress as she now does not run away in terror when I go into the hall to the bedroom. She has now been in the bedroom for about a month. I hope eventually she will stop being frightened and come out and get some pets. I think she would like some catnip and toys. - My bronchitis and wheezing came back after weeks of being fine. I had great difficulty breathing for the last 2 days and insomnia. I have a and yesterday I told the allergy clinic I was fine. My lungs decided otherwise. - I got a new electric blanket. Fluffy now lies on it all the time. I am thinking of writing President Trump to send in Federal troops to remove him so that I can get under it and be warm. I now sleep on the other one so the bed is warm as it has been icy cold air here for days. - I had gotten free food from the church on Saturday and was looking forward to baking it with veggies and when I cut it open, the parts and inside were a bright green ! I have never seen a green chicken before & I threw it out.
Sammy and Goldie are so adorable!
Are Stella's teeth ok? Sometimes they can have tooth problems that can't be seen without xrays. Maybe she doesn't want ti eat because her mouth hurts? Very common in cats. Research tooth resorption in cats.
still went to the vet a few weeks ago, and he checked her mouth and did not notice any tooth problems
@@LuckyFeralsBut did she have full mouth xrays done? You can't detect tooth resorption without them as it happens below the gum line. Very painful condition for cats. Might be why she only wants liquid food. Just a thought.
My 15 yo is a very picky eater and I have to literally line up the best foods in front of her before she eats...and then it's often the first bowl she decides on. She sometimes plays me or she won't eat until she has pooped. Seasons also make a difference I noticed with all of my cats. As long as Stella still eats it may not hurt her to lose a little weight to keep her blood sugar in check. So far she looks good to me though through the screen ❤😻
I understand how you feel about having a fussy eater, my Cleo is a fussy eater with food allergies it sure makes life 'fun' but I love her. I find a food she likes and then they change the recipe or she gets bored with the food and refuses to eat it again. Just keep trying and hope that one day you find the food your cat can not get enough of.
Take care
Love and purrs
My 15 yo loves roasted chicken or cooked ground chicken best. Even if i just put it on as a topper she will most likely eat the other food underneath, too. However, it has to be the chickens from specific places 😹@donna-louisecave154
Yeah, the cats have been on portion control for the past 3 months and Stella has been losing weight. I just don't want her to lose too much too fast, especially if she is not eating well and being super picky with her food.
@@LuckyFerals You're doing the right thing and you are always very observant! Best wishes to Stella!
Stella usually enjoys her food and now she is being a little fussy with her food. Having bowls of different foods around is normal with Cleo, different bowls in different spots around the house to see which ones she will eat. The vet suggested a wet food to try with Cleo and she ate a little then she vomited that's not a good food for Cleo and she ate nothing for 2 days after. Cleo has been loving the recent dry food I found for her. Farmina N&D Quail Pumpkin and pomegranate has been a success as has Wild Freedom Venison and fish they are not sold as sensitive food but she has had no problems with them. The pumpkin is supposed to be good for delicate tummies so I thought it's worth trying with Cleo.
You have been lucky so far with the cats being fussy over foods but with you making most the cat food you can adapt the recipe to suit the cats needs. Even the toppings the cats like, churus now have a range of toppings to use on the food looks like the regular treats but a little thinner to pour on the food. I've not tried them with Cleo yet but she has not been eating them recently. Cleo is sat here purring at Stella and licking the screen.
Take care
Love, purrs, cuddles and kisses for all the cats and hope Stella has regained her appetite and eating again.
Glad to hear that Cleo is enjoying her new dry food! All of the cats wish her well. :)
LF,
While finicky eating is attributable to a number of reasons in cats, I’m concerned about Stella, mostly because I recently went through a similar situation with my last cat (Kitty). She passed on 9/14. Over the summer months I noticed changes in her behavior. This was followed by a lack of interest in food
with barely any litter box usage. I brought her to the vet for an exam. An ultrasound scam revealed a huge, black mass that the doctor said was more-than-likely, cancerous. He said we could put her down now if you want. Not
prepared for such a thing I recoiled. He then gave her a prescription for Prednisolone, a catified version of Prednisone for humans. This stimulated her appetite and reduced inflammation. It bought us about a month of time - time to say goodbye. Needless to say, it was hell. I’m still not over it and don’t think I ever will be. But there is something else that haunts me about her case.
About a year before Kitty began showing any sign of illness, I had a waking dream one day in which she last laying over my chest. A high-pitched voice spoke in my mind in an almost singsong-like tone that wasn’t necessarily human. It said, very clearly, “I don’t feel good”. I mulled-over this the rest of day, not taking it too seriously because at that time, Kitty was not exhibiting any sign of illness. It wasn’t until a little over a year later when she finally became deathly- ill that I realized she may have been telepathically communicating with me that she was not well. We all know that illness such as bowel cancer can take years to develop and can show various symptoms before reaching critical mass. If only I had heeded the warning and requested the ultrasound scan when she told me. This is part of what haunts me.
Hopefully this is not the case with Stella but as a cat lover I thought I should share this information with you and others.
On another note, that song, Goldie Loves Sammy, the vocal sounds like your voice. I know you’re into music but do not draw attention to it for some reason.
I remember seeing a framed bass clef on the wall and a Ibenez guitar on a stand in one of your first videos. Let me put it this way: if you were a singer the timbre of that voice would match your own. I wouldn’t be surprised!
Reminds me of Neely Smith from the Louis Prima era.
I'm so sorry for your loss. It is always very difficult when a cat passes. Wow. It definitely sounds like she was telepathically communicating with you! If something like that had never happened to you before, you had no way of knowing what it was or if it was real. Please don't let it haunt you but instead just see it as a learning experience. Now you know that you have an ability to receive communications from a cat! That can be so difficult to achieve. Have you tried to communicate with her at all since she has passed? Or have you sensed her communicating with you? I've been making the music for this channel with AI. I write the lyrics and have a computer program generate the recordings. I kinda thought it sounded like Doris Day. lol. Louis Prima is great. :)
