After the hook he says "Means of escape", but him also saying "I don't wanna go outsidе in the daylight" and "I thought that you and I was always the same sidе" tells me a woman could've been the reason for it. But I say ultimately the drugs because we all know that shit makes you someone you're not, and the "Meaning of Punk" of not giving a shit about anything as his fanbase views it, he probably gets wrapped up in some real desensitized lifestyle
