The driver obviously needs to pay attention better, but I'm sure he learned his lesson and will do better. At least he learned the lesson without injury to anyone.

If someone is in the middle of an intersection you need to let them get out of it without interference so they don’t become an obstacle to traffic. If he felt threatened in any way, pulling the gun out is legal with reasonable cause. If he put his arm on him, maybe not. but if it went past that then pulling out the gun would have been completely acceptable.

Therefore I'm happy to live in a country where only the militairy, the police and the criminals have guns. At this moment it somewhere between 80 and 90% of the people killed by guns are criminals (by other criminals mostly, sometimes by the police).
It's saver for cops too. Last decades it's been less than 1 cop per 3 years (!) to be killed by gunfire here in the Netherlands. I don't even want to know that number for the US. Plus side of that is that cops don't wave around with their weapon when they stop you for speeding or drinking a beer in public. That would save a lot of innocent lives as well.

Persze, rengeteg olyan is van, de ezek a videók csak hisztiző motorosokról szólnak többnyire. Pl.: az első motoros felháborodik, hogy záróvonalon megelőzik, rágyorsít, majd 3 autót megelőz jobbról és letör 1 tükröt. Az ilyet én személy szerint nagyon megverném. Ne veszélyeztessen mást... (nem azt mondom, hogy záróvonalon jó előzni de sokkal kevésbé volt az a szitu veszélyes mint amit a motoros csinált utána.)

We rarely discuss or encounter racism în Europe and i need to remind you, racism was born in Europe. We just moved on and accepted everybody as we all should. Recently EU is becoming racist against muslims because we see them as invaders but that's another story.
