The monster receipt upload system is so stupid it doesn’t matter where I buy it from or how many pictures I take it won’t upload the receipt it gives me a error right away 🤦🏾♂️
I think imma get a 4 or 6 pack and try instantly snap a couple pics of my receipt before it gets wrinkled and if it doesn’t work I give up lol it’s so jank
Same here! I even emailed them and they basically just told me the requirements for the receipt, which was exactly what their website already says. So annoying! Cause I emailed them initially that all 4 of my receipts have all of this info and they were not wrinkled! I don't even like or drink monster!

It says online receipts work if you send it as a picture but the 2 online orders I sent were declined, which is super annoying and their support was not helpful when I asked about it.

I've submitted like 20 times and only 6 of my recipts go through, I wish I could give advice but it's just a piece of junk
