Julius korsaeron fact: in 40k He was killed by an iron hand who didn’t even know who he was and didn’t care. Biggest ego shattering since fulgrim v rylanor
The Loyalists have had some pretty amazing one liners in the Siege of Terra; Raldaron's "Get off my wall!", Dorn's response to Fulgrim's speech just being "No." and my personal favourite being Nassir Amit (The OG Flesh Tearer) beating a World Eater in melee twice and each time telling him to "Eat. Shit."
Best line hands down goes to Garviel Loken when fighting Horus "Little Horus" Aximand during the siege of terra. Loken: "I wanted Abaddon. I wanted Lupercal. Those were the names at the head of my list." Aximand: "Well, you got me." Loken: "You always were the wrong Horus."

Yeah now that I think about it he's similar to Angron; he never really had a chance. A primarch is still a human at the end of the day, and ended up being a demi-god who was raised on a radically religious planet. His adoptive, abusive father being a baseline human shows how his developing years caused a fundamental change and twisted his purpose. Him and Angron's brotherhood during the Heresy makes a lot more impactful too, with how desperate Lorgar was to save Angron
Forrix is easily my second favorite first captain. His attitude is a nice contrast to the other Iron Warriors, and his death is so badass. RIP Forrix, you will be missed.
Would love to see a Video about Vashtorr, since he´s on his Way to become a Major Player in the Setting. I could totally see Perty and the Dark Mechanicum chilling in his Forge of Souls.
Majorkill, you rock as a content creator. Keep it up, and I may even try to invest in some miniatures. Then all I need is some timmies to learn against.
Artellus Numeon is probably one of if not my favorite warhammer character. Truly embodied everything that made a salamander. It really sucks that he doesn’t have a mini
Fun fact: Sevetar was THE original chanter of the now infamous quote "Death to the false Emperor". Considering his loyalty to Curze, his immense hatred for the Imperium and everything it represents, it would be incredibly ironic if he somehow joined up with the loyalist cause.
I will never get over the fact that the first captain of the Alpha Legion is named Ingo. As a german this is the equivalent of calling a first captain "Bob" or something trivial like that. Pech meaning "bad luck" in german doesn't help either lmao. Bob Bad Luck, first Captain of the Alpha Legion
Kharn is the 8th Captain to finally convince Angron to accept the World Eaters Legion after 7 previous Captains failed miserably. And 8 is the sacred number of Khorne.
@@robertnelson9599 The Legion master was put into a dreadnaught before Angron was even found and killed when he together with the remaining librarians tried to stop Angrons ascension.
Abaddon became the leader of the Black Legion after Horus is gone in body and soul forever and he has succeeded in his Black Crusades after 12 times. Gotta respect that determination for 10,000 years and he did something than play games in the Warp.
Forrix wasnt boarding the other titan he had just taken out the first only to turn around to find a turbo laser in his face.. love that storm of iron book
I'd love a Sevatar comeback. Even better if he is still a Night Lord and manages to rally some of the warbands under his banner. I like the Grey Knights but I feel it would be a waste to let the Night Lords fade away like this.
Hello Majorkill. Is it possible for you to make a video describing the main events that happened in the lore since the destruction of Cadia? Something that quickly summarizes the stories of each of the main factions after the story finally moved from the 41st millennium. For example a summary of Guilliman's awakening and the stuff he did as leader of the imperium.
I know that dorn yells, "You are not my son" at Sigismund, but I don't think he truly disowned him. In Warhawk, when he sends him out to kill the leaders, he says the punishment has ended, censure is lifted, and the chains are off. Essentially he was being punishing Sigi because he didn't want his superstition to spread to other imperial fists.
Ahriman is one of the few I want to achieve his goal since he’s just trying to fix his mistake, overall thousand sons got fucked over and are probably the only traitor legion I actually want to see be loyal again. Of course no one has any idea what’s going on with alpha legion. Which is how they like it.
Artellus Numeon path in Horus Heresy is such a madness trip. - He survived Istvaan V. - He was the only one in the survivors group who actually had hope and WISHED to fight forever and DONT DIE for revenge. - His group died because of his trust to human (what a ironic). - He had been captured and tortured on the Word Beares ship. - He LITERALLY *CRIED TWICE* to his father body. - He had to overcome his sad and grief to become a leader of remain Salamanders. - He convinsed Magnus shatter to help Salamnders get to Nocturne. - He fought to the entire fleet of Death Guard with SINGLE ONE. - He revived Vulcan from the dead. Favourite space marine in all time. Artellus showed to me how human space marines are and how even the strongest one can't resist his emothions. Such s despire, sad, even madness and self-lying. But Artellus kept hope to the last and overcomed his demons. Trully badass terran.
Funnily enough Majorkill, most warhammer fans don't even play the tabletop. Like myself, we just love following the lore and playing things like total war and space marine
For the raven guard i think Gherith Arendi could be the closest because he was the commander of corax's honor guard and would openly criticize his primarchs choices
I think one reason why the dice hasn't gone over as well is many people would rather use dice that are colored/emblazoned with chapter/legion insignia. Mayhaps try a dice creator tool and see how that one goes. GW is breaking it off in people for dice which is why whales excluded 3rd party dice options is the way most go.
Sorry I don’t use dancing anymore I use my tablet with a dice roll up it’s easier and I don’t need to worry about losing on misplacing the days. Every time I play table top, I don’t have to remember where I put on the last time I was playing, all they got moved because other people in the house wanted to use the table
Also the ultramarines were so large they had hundreds of 1st captains in each chapter. Gage was Chapter Master Primus. But each Chapter Mastwr had a 1st Captain in the 30k era.
Hey @Majorkill I have a suggestion! How about a video breaking down the Hexagrammaton? It was the name used for the operational structure of the Dark Angels during the Great Crusade and Horus Heresy. Each point was a called a “Wing” (Deathwing, Ravenwing, Dreadwing, etc.) and each had crazy lore. If the Lion brings the Dark Angels and the successor chapters together into a legion again, he would more than likely bring that back since it was so effective a millennia prior.
Brother, Do we geht a Video about the new Cypher Book, where Dark Angels started to kill Custodes in the Imperial Palace? The fuck, ist that? What kinda drugs where Involved? Best to you @Majorkill
Corswain isn’t cypher He was a open loyalist dark angel who stayed at the lions side for most of the heresy whereas cypher was one of the fallen on Caliban who’s loyalty’s are still unknown. Most likely after the fall of Caliban Corswain rose to become the first grand master of the chapter his skills in combat and leadership was already proven as when he served as lord seneschal under the lion leading a contingent of the 1st legion to take back the astronomicon during the seige of Terra. On top of that that he is pretty much the only well known/named dark angel in a command position left after the heresy Zahariel was dead and Nemial is a fallen which means there was no one else qualified to fill the lions shoes. The reason we don’t know about it is because next to nobody in the 40k community knows or cares about who where the first chapter masters of the first founding chapters after the primarchs disappeared other than Bijorn the fell handed the only name that comes to find was Marius Gadge. Who’s that you might ask well he just happened to be the ultramarines first chapter master and before that the first captain of 13th legion oh and before that legion master one of the last Terran born ultramarines before Gulliman was ever found 😮. . Manius Calgar Helbrect Azrael Dante Logan Grimnar Gabriel Seth and tu’shan are the only chapter masters most 40k fans have ever known or care to lean about.
It would be cool to do a video on some of the other notable Legion captains, as many of them went on to be the founding Chapter Masters of various chapters after the Legions were split up. My favorite is my boy Nassir Amit, The Flesh Tearer, Captain of the Blood Angels 5th Company, and founding Chapter Master of the Flesh Tearers. A man who gave absolutely no shits and would staunchly stand by his beliefs in the face of anything. He was a strong supporter of Librarians, continuing to assist them even after their use of physic power was outlawed. On that front, Sanguinius told Amit to stand guard in his chambers while he went to hear his father's verdict on the fate of the Librarius. He did this simply because he knew that Amit would have argued with the Emperor himself. He also got into multiple arguments with not only his own Primarch, but also those of other Legions. He was also the first to realize that Horus had betrayed them, however his gene-father did not want to believe it when he told him, threatening to kill him if he continued to speak of his brother-Primarch in such a manner, but deep down, the Angel knew his words were true. He is also one of a few Blood Angels to have fully succumbed to the Red Thirst and recovered, though he spent the rest of his life ashamed of what he had done while under it's influence (kill a bunch of Space Wolves). His final quotes do a good job to sum up his thoughts on the fractured remains of his legion, and the result that the Red Thirst and Black Rage had on his Chapter after the death of Sanguinius: "Men crave food, they crave flesh, they crave power. We are not men. The Emperor's Angels, His Space Marines, crave honour, they crave retribution, they crave justice. We are not angels, we are the blood sons of Sanguinius. We crave only violence, bloodshed -- there is no void deep within our souls, only the hunger, an insatiable call to slaughter."

You say zealot as if zealotry is a bad thing to be in this setting when its a core principle of all the factions you probably like.
@@Vasilefs_Terranorum rage bait but still an L take
Yeah now that I think about it he's similar to Angron; he never really had a chance.
> An unimportant and unimpactful character
That hurt
"Next time, beast."
Given the return of the Lion, it would be pretty sick for a deep dive on Azrael. Seems like a total badass.
Would love to see a Video about Vashtorr, since he´s on his Way to become a Major Player in the Setting.
I could totally see Perty and the Dark Mechanicum chilling in his Forge of Souls.
I don't think the dark mechanicum rlly care about him thh
I feel like you kind of sold that Iron Warriors guy short. Being the person rival of a titan (even if it is a small one) is pretty badass
Shows Merir Astelan, in first pic, for Dark Angels
“we don’t know who the first captain of the dark angels is”

Aint he a Fallen?
@@slayer6498 *screams internally LOUDER
I will never get over the fact that the first captain of the Alpha Legion is named Ingo. As a german this is the equivalent of calling a first captain "Bob" or something trivial like that. Pech meaning "bad luck" in german doesn't help either lmao.
Bob Bad Luck, first Captain of the Alpha Legion
hahhaha best comment
Kharn is the 8th Captain to finally convince Angron to accept the World Eaters Legion after 7 previous Captains failed miserably.
And 8 is the sacred number of Khorne.
Angron also killed the Legion Master, so there were eight deaths.
Noice. I hadn't ever noticed that. I knew the story but the significance got by me.
@@robertnelson9599 The Legion master was put into a dreadnaught before Angron was even found and killed when he together with the remaining librarians tried to stop Angrons ascension.

Robute Gorillaman: So he's just been standing there for 10,000 years?!
Random Custodes: Lol, yeah
7:34 HUGO “sevatar” SEVATRIUS would become the founding chapter master of the CARCHADOONS as the FORGOTTEN ONE
Abaddon became the leader of the Black Legion after Horus is gone in body and soul forever and he has succeeded in his Black Crusades after 12 times.
Gotta respect that determination for 10,000 years and he did something than play games in the Warp.
He did do at that but he downplays his own father's achievment of killing the meaty bits of Johnny Space.
Forrix wasnt boarding the other titan he had just taken out the first only to turn around to find a turbo laser in his face.. love that storm of iron book
The first captain of the salamanders sacrificing himself for his primarch is the most salamander thing ever
9:25 damn hopefully he comes back alive heard a rumor he might’ve survived it
I'd love a Sevatar comeback. Even better if he is still a Night Lord and manages to rally some of the warbands under his banner. I like the Grey Knights but I feel it would be a waste to let the Night Lords fade away like this.
The Grey Knight that people think was Sevetar is Fel Zharost the Chief Librarian.
A video on Typhon/Typhus would pretty good. Especially since he's the only known Astartes to confirmed not be a pure human.
Wdym not pure human ? All Astartes are barely human
@@cernunnos8344 every other Astartes started out as a human. Typhon wasn't a purestrain human.

I'd love a video on underrated Chaos Warbands at some point
I know that dorn yells, "You are not my son" at Sigismund, but I don't think he truly disowned him. In Warhawk, when he sends him out to kill the leaders, he says the punishment has ended, censure is lifted, and the chains are off. Essentially he was being punishing Sigi because he didn't want his superstition to spread to other imperial fists.
If I remember rightly he even calls him his best and most loyal son.
Well its hard to stay mad when the "delusions" proved to be correct.
He did disown him, but chaged his mind after a while.
Real talk, out of all the lore channels I've been watching, you have the most enthusiasm about it.
Getting a video about how each of the pre heresy primarchs would have reacted to being in Guillimans current situation would be pretty cool ngl
I'm pretty sure that Angron would just slash everything he could reach with a chain axe, including Tyranids, Tau and Necrons
Ral's fight against the Night Lord was so satisfying.
That alpha legion one both had me laughing my ass off and shook at the poor lads predicament 😂😢
Ahriman is one of the few I want to achieve his goal since he’s just trying to fix his mistake, overall thousand sons got fucked over and are probably the only traitor legion I actually want to see be loyal again. Of course no one has any idea what’s going on with alpha legion. Which is how they like it.
We know that Sevetar doesn’t survive until 40k, so, he probably dies sometime during the Scouring.
Maybe he is just playing hide and seek.
Majorkill can you do a video on the planets of the Sol System in 40k?
I didn’t even know you did dice, might be my first merch
Any else want a mini or scale model of Majorkill in his cosplay outfit?
Funnily enough Majorkill, most warhammer fans don't even play the tabletop. Like myself, we just love following the lore and playing things like total war and space marine
The names “Son’s of Horus” was Sanguinius’ idea. I just found that out
Ingo patch sounds like he needs his own video too. The biggest troll got trolled and then lol'd under the palace for 10k years
For the raven guard i think Gherith Arendi could be the closest because he was the commander of corax's honor guard and would openly criticize his primarchs choices
Not to mention save him as well
For DA it’s more like Merir Astelan, and for the EC, the first right hand man to Fulgrim would be Eidolon, first of the lord captains
Yeah, iirc Julius was seen as a suckup and sorta sidestepped by way more self interested people
How could you miss out Sigismund's last words to Abaddon "You will die as your weakling father died. Soulless. Honourless. Weeping. Ashamed."
He already is
I think one reason why the dice hasn't gone over as well is many people would rather use dice that are colored/emblazoned with chapter/legion insignia. Mayhaps try a dice creator tool and see how that one goes. GW is breaking it off in people for dice which is why whales excluded 3rd party dice options is the way most go.
It would be cool if Abaddon still carried the scars from his duel with Sigismund and it was part of his rules for tabletop.
It’s very fun being first captain AND primarch at the same time
The image used for Santar was dope as hell
9:24 I needed to rerun this 3x before I got the reference lol, smooth
My mini arrived today. Gonna crack it open tomorrow I think. 1st 3d printed thing I've messed with
I think the First Captains were cool and now I get to learn about them yey.
Sorry I don’t use dancing anymore I use my tablet with a dice roll up it’s easier and I don’t need to worry about losing on misplacing the days. Every time I play table top, I don’t have to remember where I put on the last time I was playing, all they got moved because other people in the house wanted to use the table
Oh neat! I thought Sevatar was dead, really cool that he has some future potential now!
sweet lore topic for today. glad you did this one.
Every game ever has dice, it's one of the few things every single house has heaps of other than the WH specific dice which are super easy to improv.
Every time I watch a video your subs are higher. Congrats and thanks for putting out such good content. I’ve been watching for years.
Brother,
Do we geht a Video about the new Cypher Book, where Dark Angels started to kill Custodes in the Imperial Palace?
The fuck, ist that? What kinda drugs where Involved?
Best to you @Majorkill
Corswain isn’t cypher
He was a open loyalist dark angel who stayed at the lions side for most of the heresy whereas cypher was one of the fallen on Caliban who’s loyalty’s are still unknown.
No Nemiel was killed by the Lion when he said no to bring back the Librarians.
Sigismund comes to mind but yeah
His final quotes do a good job to sum up his thoughts on the fractured remains of his legion, and the result that the Red Thirst and Black Rage had on his Chapter after the death of Sanguinius:
"Men crave food, they crave flesh, they crave power.
The love the consistency with the guys and gal. Keep it up! Haha!!
Yo your channel and videos are getting better and better, love watching, stay sweet 🤙
Hello Majorkill,
Would you please make some lore videos on the Imperial Truth, the Imperial Creed, the Ecclesiarchy, and the High Lords of Terra? Pretty please? Thank you.
Amadeus DuCaine needs an honorable mention. RAISE THE BLOODY STORM
Did you just hint an upcoming Sharrowkyn video?! **goosebumps intensify**
Just one thing, Mr Majorkill. It's about the pronunciation of the White Scar's Master of the Keshig, Qin Xa. It's not "Quin Za" but "Shin Za".
Chinese language often has words that begin with Q's that are usually pronounced with a "Shh" beginning. Unless there are any Chinese speakers who'd like to correct me, I'm pretty sure I'm right about that.
Keep up the good work. Your work is bloody champion, so it is!
I just gotta say it I love your vids and you are the reason I got into warhammer. It may have taken a few lore vids and audiobooks to get me up to speed but nevertheless keep up the good work
“One of the first Space Marines to become an Ultramarine” so….just one of the first Ultramarines…?
It's a damn pity that Korsaeron replaced Vespasian. I remember him being interim 1st Captain in the Fulgrim novel when there were like...8 Emperor's Children in existence lol.
Just finished the siege of terra novels and was like oh cool alpha legion is finally here and now Pech is just chilling with a mine strapped to him
Sevatar NEEDS MORE LORE
Gherith Adrendi is the most likely 1st captain of the raven gaurd since he is captain of the shadow wardens' ie Coraxs 1st company honorguard body guard unit

The painted count was the nightlord who got clowned by demon.
Isn't Raldaron in a dreadnought in 40k times? I thought he was still technically kicking.
As a black Templar freak, I love sigismund and I also love the book written on him.
Raldoron was the best between him Azkaellon and Sanguinius you couldn’t name a better trio in the Heresy.
Thank you for the content bud makes my day
