You could check in at the Contemporary--Disney's one of the safest places to stay in a storm. Contemporary is nice because it's all self-contained. No walks in the open to get to food, stores, whatever you need. And you can walk out on those high balconies. If you dare 😁 AK or Wilderness would be cool: or Boardwalk if you could get a lake view. Obviously be well and be careful...
Hi Daniel! 😃 I was just telling Chris that I feel ok about tomorrow but I would be at the Contemporary if I had my choice! 😉 Disney is the safest place to be here in Orlando for sure and I would be thrilled to stay at any of the places you mentioned! They do their best to keep everyone safe, happy and entertained when you are stuck here during a hurricane. I’m roaming around on property today filming while I can but we are as prepared and ready as we can be I guess.

They are closing down Fort Wilderness, Treetop Villas and the cabins here at Wilderness Lodge tomorrow morning at 11 and they don’t expect to open Fort Wilderness again until Friday.
@@wdwexploreandchill If I remember last time they moved everyone's campers to the main MK parking and put people up in the hotels. My brother's partner comes from a pretty wealthy family--she has a small house on Sanibel island. They were just down in Tampa looking at it from last storms, now this monster is bearing down on the area full power. Maybe it'll miss it, but there was a lot of damage from Ian they are still cleaning up. Stay safe!! 😁

Way to go with the predawn bus ride, really cool 😎. CBR is just one of those places that is always beautiful, even when wet and overcast. Wish I could breathe in the air with you. Always miss that WDW smell. And I want to sit on a bench and sip coffee ☺️. You should climb one of those Skyliner towers for a better view 😉. Did they have cream cheese danish? Can’t get that in South Africa 😔. Loved this one! Enough said 😊. PS. Get out of the way when Milton comes through. Be safe
Hi there Mike! 😃 Sleepless night is no good, I hope you end up getting some rest sooner rather than later! Being able to get to the TTC while it is still dark makes me SO happy! The monorail is rarely going quite that early but the boats and ferry are my favorite right at dawn, the later the sunrise gets the happier I am. Yeah, I finally caught a boat… maybe next time we’ll be able to see it better! 💦😂 This morning was the best it has felt to me in a long time even though I got soaked. It feels wonderful to have the heat easing up even slightly. I’m fading fast myself but two things I know, I’ll never feel the need to climb a skyliner tower and I love cream cheese danishes, they have yummy ones everywhere! 😍 Oh and thanks, we will be well prepared and evacuate if told to but hopefully we will be able to just hunker down and get through Milton together here. 🌼
