Hey y’all, I’m a lurker, I don’t comment really but saw that you guys are wanting to bring people on the show, have you ever thought about getting some younger bands and artists on and kind of seeing their prospective on DIY hardcore/music in general, and art as a whole? Dino was insightful and great, and I think having a different prospective with how things are now would be refreshing and interesting as well

Short answer yes. Long answer. We have plans to interview other people in the pipeline already, and as for younger talent, of course we are looking to interview creatives from the newer gen's to hear their perspectives. We still got to work things out schedule wise, but we do have pies cooking in the oven.

I personally say when it comes to the stories and ideas a lot of this companies come up with is not really interesting or really complex and I find it really sad because to me there’s a lot of interesting stories you can talk about even if the stories Are the same you can do something that differentiate itself from other media. Hell the family guy parody of Star Wars was pretty interesting take on the Star Wars movies and that works but if you don’t wanna tell something that’s the same as the others then just look on the successes of others like the game’s in Fromsoft makes are True RPG‘s that are very unique when it comes to its narrative it doesn’t hold your hand and you have to figure out the rest on your own. the game is more fun because it feels like you’re actually in the world and you have to pay attention to a lot things a around you and you always have to pay attention to what other people say or you gonna do something stupid and miss out on something that’s pretty interesting. So it’s that reason why I would say fromsoft games are true RPG‘s were it doesn’t hold your hand and you have to figure things out on your own and there games are always Worth a buck but sadly other companies just don’t take inspiration from one another and that really sucks.🐱
