Have you noticed any issues with placing the cap for the old exhaust exit where you did instead of taking apart the IBR and placing it against the hull?
as long as you can get it connected on the inside but the template suggests there. and if you move it it may weaken the hull structure worse the where its at
@@BurninGas8.1 Be careful turning on the water from your spigot to you ski prior to turning on your engine. You can fill up your water box and engine with water. As you can tell by the way a bunch of water gulped out of your exhaust when your wife gave it more throttle. The manufacturer recommends turning on your engine before sending water into you ski. I would hate to see you ruin an engine over something so simple.

Nope
You think it would be possible to drill the thru hull a little higher up the hull? Does the pipe allow for it?

is ther any way to make it louder ? like. straight pipe or something ? the riva racing don't sound loud enough
not sure a aftermarket waterbox might make more noise
