      @@IIrisIsland I wish my family liked mushrooms :(

    • @IIrisIsland
      @IIrisIsland 4 роки тому +1

      @@MakeItDairyFree there are so many different types of mushrooms with many different tastes. Shred some king oyster mushrooms then roast them in the oven. Chose whatever seasonings you like. I tend to use a blackened seasoning with some garlic powder and then put the shredded mushrooms in tortillas for tacos! Yellow and orange bell peppers and onions also make great additions. I was not a fan of mushrooms when I only knew of about 3 different ones.

    I remembered you talked about these oranges on your IG once and I saw them at my local farmer's market this weekend (I live in Japan where I think they are native so they aren't expensive here) and I tried them and LOVED THEM. I used to love oranges but now theyre too sweet for me and these ones are perfectly sweet and tart so thanks for the input on these :)

    Any tips on how to get garlic/onion smell out of a wooden cutting board?

    • @em-ann
      @em-ann 4 роки тому

      I find if you rub/massage salt (pretty liberally) into the cutting board with your fingers for a 2-3 minutes and then rinse it under cold water before washing up as usual that tends to do the trick!
      Good luck
