I admire how brave Judge Rinder handles people that are very difficult and disrespectful. My ex's sister is a Judge in Ottawa, Canada. You need to know so much and to listen carefully.

To be fair he wasn't asked either, he was asked if they "slept together" which is vague and therefore it's neither true nor a lie to say either yes or no.

@carlakenyon6073 I did respond to you but totally messed it up. However, the crux of what I'd wrote was that nowhere did I say I agreed with the defendant. I found Judge Rinder's comment about him funny, because the comparisons about how vague he was being were obvious. We're not living in 2021 where everything offends everyone, grow up

We're living in an entire decade of the 2020's where everything offends everyone, not just 2021. Gene Roddenberry's prediction of our century was spot on.

There should be a judge swap between the US and UK for these shows. If possible, to get the proper certifications and studies, it would be interesting to see.

I've wanted to see something like that ever since I ran into Judge Rinder on UA-cam. I've watched Judge Judy for years and love how she tears stupid people apart. I'd rather appear before Judge Rinder than Judge Judy. But if I'm in the wrong with either, I will not have a nice day at court.

Don't they teach courtroom etiquette in school anymore? I can't believe how disgustingly rude and disrespectful some of these dregs of society are to the Judge. Okay, he may be snarky, but you still need to respect the bench. Any complaints can be taken care of in a different forum. I weep for the future.

Why didn’t Judge Rinder hold these people in contempt for back talking him?! It really isn’t appropriate frankly. He could’ve just sent them to jail for a few days and then would fine them. That’s what Judge Hatchett does on “People’s Court.”

I feel like the guy who walked out after being called 'Bill Clinton' was probably in the right. Because a judge using that kind of language implies guilt before the verdict, which I think is out of line for a judge. Since after all language is very important. His cussing and reaction was out of turn too, however if he pointed out that being called 'Bill Clinton' was out of line, then he probably had ground to stand on.

  • @ismayb754

The blonde woman was rude in general but she did have a point that Judge Rinder asked her a question, she was simply answering it when he interrupted with "Tch tch tch - TALKING." Um... no SHE was talking lol, you asked her a question and you'd finished asking it and she was in the middle of answering it.
