United Airlines 787-9 Polaris Trip Report (And How Flying United Saved My Ass)

United's Business Class has improved immensely since the Polaris concept was rolled out. Although this flight unfortunately did not feature the new seats, all other aspects including amenities, lounges, bedding, service, although perhaps not food, is leaps and bounds ahead of what it was 10 or even 5 years ago.
