Used my Soundmagic E10C for around two years, loved them! I was totally satisfied with my purchase. But what starts to happen after a year or so of daily usage is that one side starts to drop in volume compared to the other, till the time it completely wears off. I'm using Soundmagic E11BT right now, they're good too, with better sound quality than E10C (and way better than any other bluetooth earphones out there under 4k) but my particular unit abruptly disconnects Bluetooth while using during a cellular call, many a times (like 7 out of 10 calls), and then doesn't even pair back, they have to be put on charging to be able to pair again. I sent it back to headphonezone within a week of buying them, they kept it for like 2 weeks and sent it back as it is, saying they couldn't find anything wrong with them. That was October/November 2019. Now I'm stuck with them, still using them though for their sound quality and battery life. But this abruptly disconnecting issue during a call is just so damn frustrating!
Same Issue, left earpiece volume become lower and lower over time. I was sent a replacement unit, and it work fine for a few Months, and then exact same issue happened.

Hey Gaius, from the following shortlisted IEMs our top recommendation will be the BLON BL-03 it offers audiophile-grade sound quality and will be a great upgrade from your SoundMAGIC E10C.
Hey Raghav! I had Soundmagic ES18 several years ago at around Rs 500 and it was the best earphone I ever used. But they have discontinued it as it seems. I tried several earphones from several different brands like JBL, Sennheiser, Bout, Mivi, Sony and several other but never ever got the experience that I had with ES18. Recently got KZ ZEX. Its good but I didn't like that as much as the ES18. Specially the sound imaging and the 3D or 8D I felt with ES18 is missing from every earphone I tried. And the sound imaging of my KZ are not good. I really miss my ES18 and currently in the hunt to find any IEM or headphone that can provide me with that experience. Do you have any suggestions for around 5k that can provide me the similar experience? Either in the form of headphone or IEM. Some Soundmagic earphones are still available online that cost very much and the quality of cables is the deal breaker for me.
Thats a tough one, I know that a lot of people liked their SoundMagics, and i suppose a lot of people will be missing them. But i think you sohuld try out some of the more popular IEMs we have in the segment - maybe the TruthEar - Zero : Red, or maybe the KZ - ZS10 Pro X , they're amongst the best int he segment.

Hello, i have always been using sony wire earphone XB55AP, EX255AP, XB510S etc. I am not exactly a audiophile person, my primary purpose is calling, so i need an excellent microphone. Also great sound quality is what i need, please suggest me if i should go for E11C, or if you can suggest my another earphone. My requirements 1. Mictophone quality 2. Sound quality 3. Comfort to ears( i usually lie down side wise with my earphones on)
For your needs, the E11C is a solid choice as it provides both good microphone quality and sound quality. However, if you're open to exploring other options, the Final Audio lineup is also worth considering. They offer excellent microphone quality, and the sound quality is equally impressive. Additionally, the earphones from Final Audio are known for their comfort, which should suit your needs well. Ultimately, it comes down to your personal preferences and budget, but both the SoundMagic E11C and Final Audio models would be apt choices for your requirements.

No complaint when it comes to Audio Quality. (I have owned both the E10 and E11C). After using my E10 almost every day for more than a year. The plastic on the wires started to peel off. So, I got the E11 from Headphonezone, as a replacement for my E10. I like the Audio Quality on the E11C and I think it is worth the upgrade. But after using it for about 7 Months, the left side volume becomes lower and lower over time till you can hardly hardly hear anything. As it was still under 1 Year Warranty. I have to RMA it and wait for over 3 Weeks for a new replacement to be sent. But the same issue arise even with the new replacement unit within 6 Months. It was no longer covered by Warranty at it was already more than 1 Year from my purchase date of the earlier E11C. So, I am just sharing my experience with my SoundMagic earphones for anyone who is planning to get one. I know, it could be an isolated case and maybe I'm just unlucky. It was a bit disappointing as I really like their Sound Signature and Audio Quality.

Hi there, I bought these earphones 2 weeks. Just a beginning for me. However I see that the volume controls don't work with my laptop. it works fine with my phone though. Has anyone faced this issue ? and If there is a solution. Thank you.
They both sound great at their respective price point, as compared to the RHA MA390 Universal the SoundMAGIC E11C delivers slightly emphasize bass with great clarity over the vocals.
MA 390 has a warm sound while E11c has a V - shaped sound signature. Ma390 is also very ideal for taking calls can't say the same thing about e11c with the same confidence. Also, importantly 390 has 2 years of warranty & e11c has one. So to conclude, we recommend RHA MA390.
Rha ma390 is cheaply built ,e11c has 45 degree jack and overall sound quality is better than rha ma390...in simple words RHA ma390 is where cheap earphone ends and e11c is where premium earphones starts....old songs are lifelike on e11c,whereas in other earphones old songs are little muddy
I have used an e10c previously, but now it's wire is broken. I want a buy a new pair but confused between Soundmagic es30C & Soundmagic e10c. Which one is better. I want detailed sound like that of studio IEMS.
Hey, sorry to hear that your earphones died on you. Looking at your requirements we would highly recommend you go with the Shure SE215 it offers a detailed and flat sound, exactly how the music was recorded. It will be a great pick over SoundMAGIC ES30C.
If you buy es30c then it has best sound quality in 500 or even in 1000 rupees price range. But it lacks in front of e10c. And cable quality isn't that great either. So you can buy e10c again rather then es30c. I also sent back my es30c because of this. And soundstage was also not present in es30c.
I just got my blon bl 03 yesterday, Extremly dissapointed, harsh sound, its just loud but not clean, hope they will replace it some other earphones like rha ma390
I have all three of them rha ma390 got broken in 1 month they sounds good.. E10 c and cx275s both have great vocals, cx have little bit better bass otherwise both r same.in my opinion u should go for sennheiser, their aftersales service is great
I have soundcore new active noise cancelling headphones , life Q30 and soundcore's truly wireless earbuds. Do you think it's a good idea to buy sound magic E11 for better music experience because people do say that wired earphones are better than blue tooth ones
I have SoundCore Liberty Air 2 and I can say, they are playing worst than my old Creative EP630. Soundcore sound a bit flat and I don't feel like I'm connected to my music. I tried even different sound profiles in their app, but still its just a bit better.

Rha ma390 going to be back in stock?
Rha ma390 is cheaply built ,e11c has 45 degree jack and overall sound quality is better than rha ma390...in simple words RHA ma390 is where cheap earphone ends and e11c is where premium earphones starts....old songs are lifelike on e11c,whereas in other earphones old songs are little muddy
@@RameshSingh-no7qy without dac e10c or e11c which is good
I have used an e10c previously, but now it's wire is broken.
@@headphone_zone Ty for suggestions....I will try to get one of them asap
If you buy es30c then it has best sound quality in 500 or even in 1000 rupees price range. But it lacks in front of e10c. And cable quality isn't that great either.
So you can buy e10c again rather then es30c.
I also sent back my es30c because of this.
And soundstage was also not present in es30c.
I have a soundmagic e11c.
It sounds great nonetheless i want to upgrade to more rich and premium sound .
I would love any recommendations from raghav.
Go for Kz

Sennhieser cx275s / Soundmagic E10c / RHA ma390
I have all three of them rha ma390 got broken in 1 month they sounds good.. E10 c and cx275s both have great vocals, cx have little bit better bass otherwise both r same.in my opinion u should go for sennheiser, their aftersales service is great

I have soundcore new active noise cancelling headphones , life Q30 and soundcore's truly wireless earbuds. Do you think it's a good idea to buy sound magic E11 for better music experience because people do say that wired earphones are better than blue tooth ones
We personally haven’t tried them so can’t really comment much on it.
I have SoundCore Liberty Air 2 and I can say, they are playing worst than my old Creative EP630. Soundcore sound a bit flat and I don't feel like I'm connected to my music. I tried even different sound profiles in their app, but still its just a bit better.
@@samim_middey I bought it from aliexpress, it took awhile to reach but at least I got it now .they have released the new version of Q30 , which is Q35. It comes with LDAC, which is way better than other blue tooth codec.
@@infochannel8376 how much was the custom charges though? I've been waiting for Q30 patiently. Heard they will be come in India eventually but will take some time.

I have owned e11c,but bass is not that great
E10C has better bass than E11C as it has a V-shaped sound signature.

Sound magic e 11c vs RHA ma 390 plz help me which one is Best in terms of sound quality
i like e11c more
but in 4 months they gave up on me so i send them to warranty claim, and i really don't think rha ma 390 is durable too
My rha's 1 side stopped working without even using, used for a month then had kept without using for 4 month goto see one side not working
Will the 11C work well without an AMP/DAC?
I have the same question
I have soundmagic e11c it's build quality is so poor that it got cut with the fabric of my cloth and one of the earphones stopped working.....I brought it from headphone zone
My favorite is soundmagic e10c extremely clear sound
We are glad!
Is this better than Sennhieser cx275s In Sound clarity and balance sound With bass? With whom should I go?😁
@@kapilraj236 both sound really good for the price , soundmagics are more durable and better for hip-hop music but not exactly natural. :)
@@ananthuashokan8219 e10c or e11c which r good without dac I dont have any dac
@@he.236 If you're looking for the best bang for the buck then get the e10c . Both have identical sound signature with the e11c being a bit more refined and added warmness. But if you don't mind spending an extra 1000 then get the e11c , it looks a lot cleaner and a bit more premium. And you don't need a dac if you go with either of them. Hope this helps :)

They both sound different, if you like listening to all kinds of genres our top recommendation will be the SoundMAGIC E11C.

Have you checked the Soundcore products
Shame on headphonezone that they don't have RHA earphone/headphone listed on their website... RHA 390 is clearly a winner in 2023 also.
Hey there, so RHA has suspended making earphones and headphones and as a result are unavailable.
they need better dac for its full potential. or a smartphone with hi res dac like LG V20 or Sony
Without dac e11c e10c good or dont buy
It's price is now over 2k🥺🥺🥺
Bass and Treble are exaggerated, mids /vocals are fade... Worst combination for a rap freak, but I've already ordered it
Just loved sound of Sound Magic E10C and 8D sounds feel like we are watching. Movie in theate or o would say better tha that. Value for money product I bought from headphonezone thanks guys. I will buy one more if there is discount going on.
So glad to know that you love them:) We look forward to serving you again.
y e11c isnt a braided one?
Hey, the SoundMAGIC E11C does not come with braided cables :(
What about their comparison with Rha ma390u...?????
Compared to these the RHA - MA390 Universal is warm, its versatile, perfect for a wide range of genres.
I use both e10c, E11C. But I like e10c sound.
😂lie
E11C has too much Bass.
I bought E10 in 2014 who's One Earpiece is still working and it gi es a very Flat Sound. Bass, Vocal& treble are of the same loudness.
