Once I was in a Tibetan Monestry 1000 years old in Ladakh called Hemis. The feeling there was exactly as this. I entered, the monks making "music", a huge bowl from which incense smoke came, a small hole for light in the roof, in the sunlight the incense smoke reflecting. The feeling was amazing, stepping back in time. This video reflects this feeling. A good meditation vibe. May love, peace, happiness and compassion be your part! Shanti hain! 💜🙏👁💜

As for me, well these are by far the best meditation sounds. I listen to many types of reiki, meditation music ,mantras, etc...But I really believe that there's something very special about these beautiful Tibetan sounds.
I feel better during and after listening to it. I tend to come on here for some peace, to find inner strength and to seek answers from within when I'm under a lot of stress.🙏
