    Hey thanks, great delivery. I really appreciate your taking my comment about your tone to heart on the last video. Thanks for being so responsive! I really enjoyed this one. From my perspective it made a substantial difference in the impact of the video.

    I have like the last 7 pedals on my board wired in stereo and I def get some weird behavior depending on the situation and what's on..
    Cool vid. Thanks man!!

      Which 7 pedals are in stereo and in what order? I’m curious!

      @@thepedalcollaborative well it changes all the time because I have the sickness, haha, but right now it's..

      Sickness? What sickness? You don’t have sickness! Neither do I!!! 😆
      Great combo of pedals btw. Really powerful stuff!

      @@thepedalcollaborative haha.. Correct. Nothing to see here. But yea, then I run into 2 amps and depending what's on I won't necessarily get the stereo separation that I think I should be getting. So I def have some detective work to do myself.
      Maybe if I get a MercuryX it will fix it.. Yea, let's try that first... 👍🏼

      While I have the MercX and 100% recommend it, I can also see some potential spots to double check settings. I think just about every one of those pedals except the LVX has TRS inputs which can also handle a mono input. Make sure they’re all set for the appropriate input. The first one in the chain set to Mono-in-stereo-out and from there all stereo-in-stereo-out. I know you know this, but if you’re like me, you may forget sometimes when you rearrange things.

    If I’m not mistaken (very possible that I am), listening back to a stereo recording of Dark Light effecting a Roland MC-101, there are times when one stereo channel phase cancels the other channel, when the channels are summed together in mono. I wonder if polarity (phase?) inversion is partly used to create a wider stereo output? The new Dan Explains It All for Dark Light might… help to explain some of what is going on 🙂?

      You are probably right! Thanks for weighing in. I’ll check out that Dan Explains It All video too! Much appreciated 🙏

    Is that high pitched noise coming from the MOOD? It's noticeable when I listen with headphones... starts around 5:11 when the MOOD is introduced. A high pitched whine, like clock noise perhaps? I've had a Gen Loss mkII which sadly also produced that..

      Like your relaxed no-BS approach btw. Great demo 😊

      I don’t think it’s the MOOD. I think it’s just the gain in the channel that’s more noticeable when nothing else is playing. I’ll explore it again with the MOOD to see!

      @rogier5591 much appreciated! I’m not much of a hype-man, so I figure, I’ll just be me :)
