As BJP Ram-Raj continue to rule from last 10 years, despite RERA property investors remain cheated by many builders in Gurugram. To save investors from cheater builder's Govt should impose complete ban on booking, sale of under-construction flats in Haryana. Sale of flats should be allowed only when they are Full build and ready for possession.
It would be better if you have provided the data and points where they/builder need to improve.. Because people can imagine anything while they see layout. Looks very vague this video not a problem solver. dont defame big names just like that they are giving big jobs to many people and boosting the development.

Coming from infra background.. there aren’t many ways to reduce the overall quality of a MIVAN building.
Very true, Godrej has gone down tremendously. Ready to take interest but when they are suppose to pay for delayed possession, they tue up with authy and never pay. Horrible. For last two years, they say, next 25 days, 30 days and so on very shameful manpower is not sufficient. Only limited labour is put to work and making excuse of pollution, and other reasons. If there is any stop work, make the labour double to cover the delay. But they make it more slowtaking such excuses.
All problems are genuine except one, which is poor construction quality….it’s totally unfair to compare the quality to that of an affordable project….i visited the site last week and found no defects or problems….it’s pure mivan construction and once completed the amenities, towers, finishing and common areas will outshine even Shobha in some ways….however, it’s absolutely fair to say that the management is extremely pathetic and arrogant.

Just about four months ago, some Shobha City residents even held a protest over construction quality concerns (hard to believe, I know!), with a few owners raising some quite absurd and funny complaints. It seems there's always be something, but if perfection is your benchmark, then maybe a downtown Manhattan penthouse is what you should aim for!
