    Lesson and moral from this video and story is that new property investors should stay away from fresh under construction property investments.
    As BJP Ram-Raj continue to rule from last 10 years, despite RERA property investors remain cheated by many builders in Gurugram. To save investors from cheater builder's Govt should impose complete ban on booking, sale of under-construction flats in Haryana. Sale of flats should be allowed only when they are Full build and ready for possession.

    Bhai mera b flat h and muje to koi quality defect nai dikha aisa jo iss video me bolke exaggerate kia ja rha h..
    bagal ki society me to bare shell flat milta h.. kamse kam yaha seni furnished to mil rha h.. construction MIVAN h upar se .. i think the aunty ji is not aware of the technicalities and trying to portray as if there are structural defects which is not the case.
    Coming from infra background.. there aren’t many ways to reduce the overall quality of a MIVAN building.

    Very true, Godrej has gone down tremendously. Ready to take interest but when they are suppose to pay for delayed possession, they tue up with authy and never pay. Horrible. For last two years, they say, next 25 days, 30 days and so on very shameful manpower is not sufficient. Only limited labour is put to work and making excuse of pollution, and other reasons. If there is any stop work, make the labour double to cover the delay. But they make it more slowtaking such excuses.

    All problems are genuine except one, which is poor construction quality….it’s totally unfair to compare the quality to that of an affordable project….i visited the site last week and found no defects or problems….it’s pure mivan construction and once completed the amenities, towers, finishing and common areas will outshine even Shobha in some ways….however, it’s absolutely fair to say that the management is extremely pathetic and arrogant.

      @@yashji5341 every project tends to have its share of snags, whether it’s Shobha, Godrej, or any other builder. Just about four months ago, some Shobha City residents even held a protest over construction quality concerns (hard to believe, I know!), with a few owners raising some quite absurd and funny complaints. It seems there's always be something, but if perfection is your benchmark, then maybe a downtown Manhattan penthouse is what you should aim for!
