Ikr come on there’s literally no less original name for a spell than cry 😭 like come on at least give them a fitting name it’s way cooler
@@iskosc6431 It is either that, or they get it from bleach. There is a character who says “cry” as an attack name. which is why I like using cry for one of my attacks
Extra information about spell names: although it isn't practical, losing the arm that you cast spells with makes those spell names not appear at all. In addition, I would advise keeping spell names in chat on so you can easily tell who is near you and what sort of abilities they use.
it not just make it not appear if you set casting style to left hand (or right) and you lose your left hand (or right hand) you cant cast that spell
@@goodolmemo unless it got changed really recently you just switch to the other hand to cast it

I didn't know about the claws, but the L corner wall trick is handy for getting up a wall that's more than your stamina can handle. I also noticed if you release and grab the wall repeatedly in quick succession, you go net positive on stamina. Sliding down the wall from a fall also lets your stamina regen.
Also can use shift lock torwards the side while climbing to perform rapid super jumps up walls without leaving the wall itself if needed
you can do the super jump trick with just one wall, have shift lock on and face sideways when you super jump, this makes you stay parallel to the wall and allow you to grab it again and repeat
i have a tip, for this you need the magic leap and to have your blast count set to 20 (for max effectiveness)
if youre swimming and you have low stamina, use the magic leap and use your blast, while charging the blast you wont regen stamina, but if you are shooting it, you will recharge, setting the blast count to 20 is best because it has the longest time to fire off all the blasts, allowing you to regen ~75 stamina
now put the leap count to 5, with correct timing, you can regen up to 500 stamina and even more if you have energizing, although its a bit risky since the jump height wont be as high, so the hitbox might still touch the water and you'll still lose stamina
500 extra stamina, that’s enough to cross from Ravenna to sailors lodge
Forget about ships, use your swimming skills

@@eatmynutsarchmage4883 if you’re warlock/savant you can also use fighting styles, select crash and aim upwards, if you do this correctly, you can get a full stamina bar regen by spamming blasts and explosions (328 stamina)
@@hanchen267 warrior also works, just dash into the air with a weapon, then full charge any attack before hitting the water. you'll gain a lot of stamina back.

Using leg impact or leg across spell animations hide and mute the magic circle until you fire it
Using this on ultimate placed explosion will break your character
shield only works if u have 20 weapon

You only actually need 1 point in weapons
With the claws of your a conj and you imbue it while climbing (as in you auto imbue it when you take it out) it gives you an extra speed boost fr when your imbuing it which for some reason moves you to the left but it's fine cos of the speed.

NOTE: As of update 1.13, turning the "Show Attack Names" settings option off now disables ability names from appearing above your head! (previously it would only disable ability names from appearing in the chat).
Claw climbing hate it when sharks just jump and drag me underwater
Also vindicator change it icon based on your enchant account (ex strong make the vindicator gem in the middle turn into sunstone)
for climbing stepstones at level 40, you can angle your camera to the side while using mouse lock, then press T to high jump. This way, your character high jumps without moving further away from the wall that is being climbed and will only move sideways. However you cannot use this many times in a row, because even if you can high jump when on 1 to 4 points of stamina, you will start losing health until you die.

U can do an infinite super jump off the wall by looking about 100 to 130 degrees to either side before jumping. Because the super jump causes you to jump backward so u can’t grab on, so if u look the other way, you can jump back into the wall
Shields actually have no effect on blocking power unless you spec into weapons.

I'd like to add one more. Set graphics quality to a level wherein it will allow you to see faraway objects and players. Many players play on 0 graphics, giving them bad render distance
F10 increases graphics
Shift f10 decreases
I use these alot
personnaly when fighting bosses especially lighting fucker, id just put it to lowest, the effects are too much
No way 0 graphics is a thing. The lowest is 1.

Double beam on any magic doubles the drops for the rock mounts
Pretty much a toxic doing to tell someone to cry every time you attack them-
if you shoot rocks with plasma (and probably other magics like lightning and fire and magma) can also drop coal
btw, the claw giving faster climbing speed thing is false, it mightve worked previously but doesnt anymore

Using a Ravenna Greatshield makes you climb even faster.
just face the other direction when climbing and use shiftlock so when you super jump you wont go backwards.

you can get rid of the magic name texts appearing in the settings, so techincally some of these facts and tips are a bit outdated

Can you imagine if savants in the future could Imbue magic and fighting styles all in one? Cant wait for Light Imbued with Thermo Fist imbued onto a weapon
Savant in the future are the only class that can imbue magic into strenght weapon and can use the skills
Hey, i'm a beginner and I chose ash magic. I'm trying to be a conjurer, does it suit my magic that class? Or what class suits Ash better?
@@jelm8514 my main is an ash mage, it's useable and quite fun but ash is a support magic, it is supposed to be a second or third magic, it's for Synergizing with other heat based magic like fire and explosion to get the petrified status.
I think ash suits mage more but hey, that doesn't matter, what's matter is that you have fun with the game

What is the current best magic for mage and what will (potentially be a good combo of three magics when 2nd awakening comes out.
As a mage you're looking for magics that synergise well so stuff like Water+Lightning, Water+Ice, Explosion+Plasma, etc. There isn't really a "best" magic right now so just go for a combo you personally like. Also when the 2nd awakening comes out, having 3 magics will be a really niche thing as many combos don't need more than 2 magics to combo with so maybe just build off existing combos so explosion, plasma and ash? stuff like that.
@@Magmurrr it seems like the best course of action would be to have 2 magics for a synergy, and a magic that can either cover the combined weaknesses of those original 2 magics (so if you have 2 slower magics, third would be faster so that you can snipe) or synergize via an all-rounder status effect (like bleeding)
i'd assume something like water lightning and metal might be good, since water and lightning are normal/fast and can be used to paralyze, which can lead to an easy to hit explosion/beam on metal since its slow

Shadow is a good magic but doesn't have much combo synergy so you'll only ever use it in conjurer builds to imbue into your weapons.
As for warrior v warlord, whoever is better will win but that being said warlords are much easier to do better with.

if you hit a rock with a 2x beam attack you get 2x loot
idk dev change it or not but mage cant block with shield your blocking power still the same even use shield and press G to block

That's for the in the the chat rather than above your head, and ability names in the chat are useful since you can determine who is near you and what abilities they have.

Edit your beam spell to shoot more than 1 beam. If you set it to 2, you'll shoot 1 beam from each hand at the same time.
