Any packaged product be it Nestle or Patanjali is unhealthy and should not be consumed for longevity.
I really feel how dumb we as consumers were 15 years back when Ramdev tricked people into buying his products by demonizing competition.
This makes me believe that the moment we stop questioning our downfall starts.
