There are three diffirent types of guilt in his case 1.Charge bargaining...etc etc. 2.Sentence bargaining etc etc and lastly 3rd encounter is the Fact bargaining.... So to plainly put it: The delayed appointment from the lawyer instead of acting quick from the moment he heard how much this guy had stole from the government is a catch, he had already set his bombs an made a deal with the state hoping he'd get something from the bust. He got the story 1st hand and then suddenly at work they already know about money being stolen and people had just came back from new years and are trying to shape up for this years work. What startled me the most was a sudden arrest on vaccation aswell and maybe the police the lawyer mentioned were the ones he depicted cause he knew he was going to work with them in this guy's case to try make him mention where he hid the money. It was all a trick game unfortunately the guy played it smart and beat them at their own game.
