A lot of folks don't realize that the franchise is as follows: 1. The 9th Circle (2008) - Short film and Art's debut. 2. Terrifier (2011) - Short film. 3. All Hallows' Eve (2013) - The two previous short films combined into a feature with extra scenes for the narrative. 4. Terrifier (2016) - Soft reboot with David Howard Thornton taking over the role of Art from Mike Gianelli. 5. Terrifier 2 (2022) 6. Terrifier 3 (2024) 7. Terrifier 4 (TBA)
I stop watching the first one soon into it because it seemed like gore for the sake of gore. I love horror, but not movies that are just pointless gore. I randomly decided to go watch the 3rd and really don't understand the hype/appeal behind this series
Practical effects are always preferred. But I think terrifier is just all gore, no dialogue. Lol its a waste of a script, but i appreciate horror in any aspect. But i cant finish any movie without this review, thanks again for the late night sneak tip movie reviews Tone.
I was one of the Executive Producers of TERRIFIER 2 and our other film STREAM which we dropped on streaming platforms last week. Unfortunately, I was not a part of this one.
Terrifier 2 is the best one! ….but it honestly has the craziest of all kills in it man. So idk what will happen to your mental after you watch it lol. Everyone keeps talking about this chainsaw scene, but to me it wasn’t even as bad as the first chainsaw scene or another scene in 2 that’s on a bed 😬. Please watch 2!!!!!! Just to finish it quick so you never have to watch them again! Lol.
@tonybaker Daniel Roebuck along with David Howard Thornton (Art the Clown) is in our film STREAM. It's from the same team behind the TERRIFIER films. We have several other horror icons in it as well such as Danielle Harris, Tony Todd, Felissa Rose, Jeffrey Combs, Mark Holton, Dave Sheridan, Dee Wallace, and Tim Reid.
Now I've seen it all, I will try not to eat anything as long as I watch Terrifier 3 like I did it when I saw The Substance, which I found strange and bizarre, then I can't wait to see this third part getting to know Halloween's coming. By the way, thank you for uploading this movie review to let people know some things about the film so that they do not get surprised.
If you like slashers, you have to enjoy Art and the Terrifier franchise. He just takes so much enjoyment in what he does and it shows. Men, women, kids, large, small, day, night, pretty, ugly, old, young, knife, gun, bomb, he doesn't care about none of that, you dead, by any means. Also, he gets his ass beat a lot too. Art becomes supernatural at the beginning of Terrifier 2. Blood and gore isn't typically scary, just kind of nasty, but I can watch that and it does nothing to me.
This is very interesting. I recently watched "Alien Romulus". And at first, I said something is off. It was the Color Gradient. It was too high.I turn it down and it matched the original. And it was a different experience...
Im glad that horror movies are making a resurgence. Also they actually taking horror movies seriously again. This movie was great but I hated the ending.
It is my opinion that while the timeskip is confusing it was used for the purpose of justifying the characters being older since filming Terrifier 2. Damien Leone originally wanted 3 to take place right after 2 but the actor who played Jonathan grew up in the time between movies.
FYI, there should never have been a second Joker movie. The first one was a classic and complete story. Hollywood is going to learn about always trying to grab a bag!!
I went to see the doible feature of 2 & 3 together and it was a time. I loved it!! But you missed A LOT not seeing the 2nd. And the storyline actually makes sense if you think about the battles for good and evil the movies illiterates to. The battle armor is pulled almost directly from biblical descriptions. Once you get past the gore, it’s not a bad way to tell a story. But I’m a horror person no matter how it’s served. I did a triple, t2 & t3 then slid over to The Substance. It was a good night.
I tried watching terrifier 2 last week, i had to cut that shit off It just didn't do anything for me Maybe ill give it another go this weekend. I plan to scare myself pissy this weekend 😂 Im more interested in the movies about paranormal activity and the psychological thrillers scary movies All the blood and gore just doesn't do it for me, unless its like saw or Texas Chainsaw, i didn't get any of thoae things from Terrifier..then its a clown sooo tbh i already wasn't that interested, i still hide my face while watching 'IT'😂
2nd was my favorite even though it drags on and on. It had the most brutal kill (he was salty with her). 😮 The 3rd one was just excessive. The glass in-between scene made me ask, "why? WHY? " 😒
Man oh man this movie was very brutal indeed. The most gruesome, the chainsaw scene was pretty graphic it had me thinking of the movie Scarface with Al Pacino when he was in the bathroom with his brother and the drug lord had the chainsaw. But Terrifier 3 was much worse.
The second one definitely prepares you for the third though. If I didn’t rewatch the second I would have been lost for one, and for two nothing is beating the Bedroom scene from the second movie. Not even the shower scene from the third… Edit: Holy shit he did wash his hands didn’t he 😂😂😂. Post vid people (caucus) still not washing their hands and I don’t get it.
Yeah Tony he is supernatural if you watch the first one. You have to watch the second one because the little girl has a lot to do with the story. Long story short, you should have watched the second movie. Lol
"Art be on public transportation a lot..." 😂
Yeah and I don't get how the bus drivers be letting him on cuz aint no way in hell I would let someone looking like Art on my bus😳
Skipping the second movie to go to the third is wild Tony🤣U missed so much necessary information
Yes
Just watch two you’d at least give 3 four saxophones at five
Gotta watch part 2. Your review of part 1 was hilarious 😂
A LOT
A LOT OF INFO
Right up the asscheeks made me giggle! ......I will not/ever see this franchise, but thank you for the review!❤
Dude was lying belly down, and got chainsawed right in the gooch. The visual was crazy
I laughted my ass off gurl. That shit had me weak
@@soccerman127i thought of Tony when i saw that scene😂

I’ll have to check it like that.
I havent seen terrifier 2011 but did see the rest in order before the 3rd one
I didn't know about The 9th Circle. One the characters in Terrifier 3 was reading a book with the same title. That's a nice nod.
Oh okk 📝
It was when he washed the dishes after he ran through that 1st family 😂
Art was funny af in that scene an the bar santa scene was classic an funny af
💯💯
Art just be on public transportation 😂😂 The bus and train. Clowns be on public transportation everyday in real life..LOL!
If you get on any bus or train going towards North Hollywood there might be one clown taking a ride somewhere 😂
The "I'm Into That" T-Shirt!!!!
Art be making art......im a horror/gore fan for sure
🖤🤍❤🖤🤍
Me too
Indeed I was laughing and my buddy had his knees up to his eyes 😂😂
I stop watching the first one soon into it because it seemed like gore for the sake of gore. I love horror, but not movies that are just pointless gore. I randomly decided to go watch the 3rd and really don't understand the hype/appeal behind this series

@@bignate12345 They said they didn't understand the APPEAL of the series, not that they didn't understand the story.

Just gore with nothing else. And I like gore. Pathetic movie, walked out.
Couchie first... 😂🤣
I like his perspective😂
Well, there is a similar death scene in this movie. I had to close my eyes for this one.
Terrifier 2 is my favorite. Someone said that Art is like Mr. Bean, but more murdery and I have to agree. I laughed several times during Terrifier 3.
I don’t even watch the movies I just like these reviews because they’re hilarious
That bracelet said, 'let me get in on this review'! Lol
Thank you for your humor!!! "The house settling part" 😅😂 got me smiling and laughing!!! Great review!!! I'll be watching more of your work!!! 😇
Art is hilarious. When he kept smacking the girl in the back of the head I was dying
Same here I'm like dang Art 😩😂
The way you break down movies you make me want to watch movies that I never considered watching
We lit. Terrifier is so dang ridiculous
The monster looked so cheesy I thought this was a campy film...then I heard it was hella gory! 😱
“Let it seat in there for a min” lol wild😂
You need to do a movie review of Pharrell's piece by piece
Saw the first one (regret it), saw the second (regret that too), be damned if you gon catch me a third time
Might as well finish it my boi 😂😂
U in too deep now lol
I couldn't even finish the 1st movie 😩
I thought the first one was so bad that I didn’t even watch 2 . But this is one of the movies that have a cult behind it
Waiting for the substance review!!
LOVE that movie! don't really think it's tony's type of film tho lol.
@@korndud I mean Tone did watch terrifier, So I guess he’s pretty much in to whatever. But He did say he’ll take it easy with the gore stuff
@@bubbugum for real for real
@@bubbugum terrifier is gory but it's mostly a straight up slasher. Tony usually doesn't like more experimental films.
I would LOOOOOVE to hear Tony's take on The Substance!!!

When art the the clown was sitting in the chair with webs on him, It reminded me of black Christmas (1974)

Sam Raimi started like this. Low budget and practical effects for Evil Dead.
This opens the door to greatness.
Leone is trending this way.
God I love you TB always Makin me laugh so hard thanks man! Love your sets on sets on SOTS so much
You should really watch Terrifier 2 to get the most out of the story. I fucking loved this movie, one of the best cinema experiences I ever had!

Art was supernatural in the first one Tone he shows it at the end.
I don’t like torture porn 🤷🏾♂️
The 2nd one is the best and funniest one.
Pt 2 is the best one so far. Please see it. Take some time if you need to lol
I LOVE the Terrifier franchise. Pure organic gore and horror mmmmmm
The only way I'm consuming these movies is through reviews!
Art also washes the dishes after he unalives people 😂
We should get another horror vs movie. Like Freddie vs jason. Like Mike myers vs pennywise or something
Tony speechless 😅 I'm just like .... I'm just like
That 1st one was just butt cheeks. Bad acting and over the top kills. Too much hype around a mid movie.

I've only seen Terrifier 2. I'm really not a fan. For me, the best makeup artist work I've seen for a while was Vecna in Stranger Things.
You got to watch the after credits scene in the first movie tone
You have to catch his shorts before the first one...
Bro, how you gonna give a review on the third movie and not watch the second one how do you think they got to the third one?😅
Art the Clown makes Pennywise look like Ronald McDonald
Part 2 has the best kill !
See this is why u don’t skip movies Tony 😂 they establish he is a supernatural demon in the second film
He was supernatural in the first one. They shot him up and he came back to life in the morgue.
He didn't become supernatural until the end in the coroner's office. He was just a normal serial killer throughout the film until he offed himself.
Well he would’ve always been supernatural. They just didn’t reveal it until the end. And of course it was verified in part 2.
@@devynjohnson317 Not always. Victoria/Demon as well as Jonathan explain it in part 3. Not to mention, I worked on part 2 as an Executive Producer.
