These guests can say what they want and you have to bite your tongue because FSU is your team and these losers hate FSU. Who cares? You need to rag on how bias the SEC is and how GA should have been a 12th seed for losing their starting QB. Why do you give these guys a pass???

    A feasible discussion until Blake got to the SEC shills fallback argument. If "IU played old Miss's schedule", if "SMU played Alabama's schedule". Well, if "ifs" and "but's" were candy and nuts, what Merry Christmas it would be!

      So funny. Texas had exactly the same scenario play out the first time the played Georgia.
      Texas was down big, made a second half comeback, got within one score in the 4th, and Georgia answered to seal the game.
      When it happens to Texas then Texas is dominated.... When Texas does it the Texas got lucky.
      Texas could do pretty much whatever they wanted.... Kudos to Clemson, but it was pretty lopsided.

    Stop acting like the SEC is disadvantaged.
    No other playoff has people guessing who is best. Sometimes the best teams in the MLB are all in the same division, but it doesn’t mean they’re all making the playoffs.
    The advantage the SEC gets is their ESPN recruiting machine, more money, and the teams staying ranked after losing. Of course the SEC has more ranked wins…they never drop out of the rankings, even after getting blown out and losing to Vandy (who lost to Georgia state)

    • @givem110
      @givem110 3 дні тому

      The sec has dominated recruiting since the 70's before ESPN existed. It's just gotten allot worse because the southern states produce three times as many top 300 players every year now.

    • @Al-Rudigor
      @Al-Rudigor 3 дні тому

      @@givem110the SEC has dominated in recruiting since the 70s, because 1970 is the year they finally allowed FBA players. That's why they've had the best players since. The largest percentage of black people live there. Call it like it is. Now with NIL, those players don't have to stay down there for one paper bag of money.

    People act like it wasn't 15 degrees with 20MPH winds during the PSU-SMU game. No one is playing for style points in the playoffs. You play to win. Once PSU showed the D could shut down SMU, and Allar was struggling to throw long in the cold, then the ground game took over. Having multiple ways to win is supposed to be an asset. Why is it a complaint now other than we're talking about PSU?

    This video was paid for by the SEC :) What a waste of time. The SEC's third best team, Tennessee didn't even deserve to be in the playoffs - Ohio State dominated them in every aspect of the game. Sarcastically, wouldn't it be easier if from now on, on day one of each season, just go ahead and schedule the 12 teams with the largest NIL player deals (Team total) for the playoffs. Since Alabama has dropped to #9 in total dollar amount spent for NIL deals, it would at least get them into the playoff in an objective way. Alabama is starting to forget that it takes a lot of money to buy a National Championship or maintain a dynasty. NIL is leveling the playing field and has reduced the SEC to just a few elite teams and currently Alabama is NOT one of them. To be fair, the Big Ten also only has a few elite teams. My advice: quit whining about your schedules and just win your games. I also love Alabama's tough schedule which includes Mercer, Wisconsin, South Florida and Western Kentucky

    the problem is that tenn was hurt, and injuries happen but if osu had a hurt oline playing their schedule they would have been way worse coming in with an sec schedule.I stand by if osu played floridas schedule they would have 3 losses. The advantage of playing in the big10 is that you only play one good team the entire year and coast by a bunch of highschool teams. Buckeyes and Oregon are crazy talented but they play cupcake schedules and that wont change and thats why the big10 has a chip on their shoulder (btw sec always has between 4-7 good teams every year). After the Tenn game osu is gonna overvalue the win and get dominated by oregon, just about any team in the league would beat tenn with where theyre at with no rb.

If you guys beat tenn with our rb doing the usual 200+ yds id give osu props but they didnt really win that game they got lucky with injuries on their opponent. No. Boise State has always been underrated for all these years, and they are usually a top 4 team with zero to one losses. They are 3-0 in The Fiesta Bowl which they beat Oklahoma, TCU and Arizona in that bowl and all three are in a power conference. Penn State is not facing an SMU type school in Boise State as their only lost was to Oregon by 3. We need to fixed the rankings system, and the SOS. Teams losing to bad teams should get punished more. If you count Oregon State and Washington State that Boise State beat which those two teams still have P5 talent along with Oregon's lost? They would be 2-1 against P4 type schools. UNLV are 4-1 against P5 talented schools including Oregon State. Boise State beat UNLV twice. So, do you see how a very tough G5 schools not getting the love when they prove themselves capable on beating P5 teams all these years? Boise State would not be an easy win for Penn State. We could see Boise pulling off an upset.

      If you want to eliminate auto bids then you have to eliminate conference championship games, however I wouldn’t be mad about these two changes if they keep the playoff at 12 games. If they shrink it to 6 or 8 games I think conference championships and P4 auto bids should stay with the remaining 2 or 4 teams being the best overall teams regardless or record (as long as the team has 3 losses or fewer, preferably 2 losses if it’s a 6 team playoff

    When it comes to Notre Dame, maybe, and work with me here, but maybe Indiana just has a good run defense and has had a good run defense all season long. That suckeye team you are so impressed by was held to 115 rush yards on 29 carries by Indiana. In general they held OSU to 5.7 yards per play, where Tennessee let up 7.4 per play. While it's probably true that Georgia isn't going to give up a 98 yard TD, their run defense has been a lot softer the past two seasons than in 2021 and 2022, which is a big part of why they got knocked out in the SEC championship last year.

Tennessee's defense did not have the DL nor the secondary to match up with an elite offense like this, and that's why they got shredded. Both were 12-1 P5 champions, which Georgia was not. Michigan and Washington were both 13-0 P5 champions. A 13-0 P5 champion was already left out of that playoff so the SEC would have its de facto auto-bid ffs. Meanwhile, TCU made it in 2022 because they were 12-1 and there was no other team with a comparable record to even debate against them. Alabama and Penn State were both 10-2 and both had no business participating.
    This dude is a complete and utter clown. The idea that the SEC always has to prove itself when the media still won't shut up about how there should've been more of those teams, when the SEC always gets the benefit of the doubt no matter what, when SEC teams are allowed to lose multiple games and still be considered within the playoff hunt while no other teams with the same records are given that same consideration is so laughably delusional that I don't think it can be accurately described with words.

      Texas is correctly 5-2 against top 30 teams, which, by the way, is what Vegas looks at when setting lines.
      5-2 is the same as Georgia and is better than ever one else in the playoffs.

      You really can’t go by strength

      You can't only consider strength, but strength is a factor.
      Texas rates well in every category, according to Vegas anyway.
      Indiana has the 74th hardest schedule and they are 1-2 against the top 30 teams. That is all Sagarin data points. Texas played the 20th hardest schedule and is 5-2 against the top 30 teams. Those two squads aren't comparable in that way.
      I still think Indiana should be in the playoffs, I'm just addressing the idea that they had the same path as Texas.

    Blake is a joke. ND beats UGA by 63. CMF wins multiple championships before BK at LSU.
