- The Islamic Republic of Iran is among the most dangerous regimes in the world today. The New Reality reveals exclusive and alarming details about a growing danger to Canada’s security. Human rights activists, along with legal and security experts, tell us that Canada has a big problem with hundreds, potentially thousands of regime-connected officials operating in this country.
And, if Canada does not act, one expert warns, “the smoking gun will be the dead body of an Iranian-Canadian.” Negar Mojtahedi reports.

Thank you for this video, it’s very instructive. Being from a US/CA border city, I questioned the need for more stringent border crossing controls between the USA and Canada for years after 9/11, basically because they were a hassle and I was used to only minor questioning at the border. I now know why they exist. The longer I live, the more evidence is provided me that Canada is a very long weak spot for US homeland security.

It is naive to believe that moving to a developed country make you safe from authoritarian regimes. There is a misconception in the developed world that authoritarian regimes are "backwards" simply because they are authoritarian. This is an outdated view. In many ways, the governments of these countries have access to advanced technologies that are at comparable to the developed world. Couple that with ruthlessness, and a well-defined political agenda, they are very capable of achieving their goals.
Exactly. We have made a mistake of underestimating governments like Iran and Russia, and now we are paying the price for it.

This is actually sad. Canada should be a safe haven for all people. The real question is why Iran and the West are enemies in the first place?
Because at the dawn of the Cold War control of oil was still the primary lever in the balance of power and the British, desperate to keep Iran from nationalizing their oil, asked the cia to help them overthrow the moderate western style government and it’s institutions in order to install a dictatorship, which was later deposed by a fascist theocracy followed by a bloody war with a subsequent war with neighboring Iraq whom the US backed against Iran despite knowing the monstrous behavior Hussein has displayed in his career to that point. I’m not even mad at Iranians being mad, but we shouldn’t be tolerating the immigration of currently in power murderous regime personnel in any western country, short of defection and asylum, and even then on a short leash.

Hence, they segregated the Palestinians to the Gaza strip with harsh border control to prevent the massacring of their civilians. Jordan, Lebanon and Egypt sure didn't want them, nor did the Saudis, Oman, Bahrain, or UAE. LIKE ANY GOVERNMENT ANYWHERE IT'S A CASE OF WHO CARES ABOUT YOU, WE HAVE TO PROTECT US. And knowing the history of WW2 or the Yom Keper war, you can understand why they would act on the "harsh" side rather than the "kind" side of things. You talk about Free Palestine. You were given your freedom numerous times but threw it away, the Oct 7 slaughter of civilians being the most recent example.
You talk about Free Palestine - "from the river to the sea", which essential means wiping out Israel, no doubt, complete with the genocide demonstrated by Oct 7. One of the problems is, as a neutral observer, from what I can see, Palestine adds little to the world except a welfare basket case of a country filled with war mongering people. In terms of say, Nobel prizes, frontier technology businesses, scientific research and progress it as if one Israel is worth a thousand Palestine's and anyone who sides with the plight of the Palestinian either misunderstand how the current situation developed or, like a lot of people these days, just jumps on to whatever is a good sounding left wing woke cause and trendy at the time, hence you have the asinine spectacle of "LGBTs"' for Palestine.
