You made one damn good point. Don't get me wrong a house like this would be nice to live in but the only way I would buy a house like this is if I have a large family. Now imagine what the maintenance on this house would be along with cutting the grass the shrubs and the upkeep. That's way too much work for somebody like me and I doubt a 25 year old would have the capacity to do that.
